Al pastor taco and steak and chorizo taco
    Madeline E.

This place was pretty solid for some drinks and food before a night out. I found the drinks and the food to be overpriced for the quality. The service was fast and helpful. The artwork on the walls is a really nice touch to the vibe of the restaurant!

There is not enough good to say about this place! Great food, great cocktails, great service, great atmosphere! Our server Stephanie was amazing and did a good job of making suggestions and navigating our experience. We had the Birria potatoes and fresh guacamole for an appetizer and both were excellent! For entrees we had the tacos (birria, grilled chicken, and al pastor) and the Al pastor burrito. All were amazing. It is evident that all of the ingredients are fresh and they don't skimp on them either. Family owned and operated so everything is made in house on the daily and it shows. The mojitos and margaritas are to die for, made with fresh ingredients and high quality liquor. We will definitely be back. If you haven't given Xalisco a try you definitely should! You have to be 21 to get in so don't forget your id

First let me preference this review with saying, this place is a bar. A bar that has some food offerings. If you go in knowing that it will help. It's an open concept area. It does get loud and pretty busy. We went for a friend's birthday. There is an extensive list of drinks and liquors. I had a few Paloma's and there were plenty of options for shots too. The street tacos were bomb. Birria tacos were great too. They do a big production with sparklers for birthdays. It was a great place to have some fun and drinks with friends. My only concern was the toilet was not ADA height for those of us using wheelchairs.

Friend recommended this spot! I was surprised by how good it ended up being. This is a bar so no kids are allowed. The staff was great! They are friendly and on top of it. If it's your birthday they do a special shot out for you. Majority of their menu is drinks! I ended up getting a tamarindo margarita and it was really good! They have tons of different flavors for their margaritas so I'm sure you'll find one that you like! Food Menu is very simple and straightforward. I got the elote appetizer and it was really good! The corn was grilled which made it delicious. As well as the topping of the corn all paired really nicely. It had Mexican cream, cotija cheese and tajin sprinkled on top. You get three corns spilt into thirds, it was a good starter. I then ended up getting Birria taco with cheese. The taco is still soft so don't expect it to be crispy since you got cheese with it. This taco comes with a small dipping consume with it. The next taco was the campechano which is just a mix of asada meat and chorizo. This was okay I think I liked the Birria better. I was going to get the Asada taco but it came with beans so if you aren't a fan of beans I'm sure you could just ask them to not add those on. Overall I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. This is a good taco and margarita spot!

We've been here many times and the guacamole is so fresh and delicious and drink menu is never ending. But tonight was extra special because we were celebrating two birthdays and Stephanie, our amazing sever, absolutely killed it! She was on top of everything, made sure that we were always fresh on drinks and put on an amazing fiery birthday display that was quite spectacular! Thanks Steph for enhancing our evening! We'll be back!

I am so insanely blown away with Xalisco. We got there at 6:15pm on a Friday and it was already decently busy. You walk in and there is lively music playing, it's an open space and easy to navigate, with a bright and fun mural on the back wall. We were greeted quickly, they checked our ID's, and we were seated right after. Our server, Aliccia, was amazing. She showed us where everything was in the menu, and was ready with recommendations when we needed them. Drinks and food were all brought out in good time. We had the Elote corn starter, Asada Burrito, Asada taco, and Birria taco, along with a few different margaritas and cocktails. Everything was delicious, food was hot and fresh, and drinks were flavorful and refreshing. The Tamarind Margarita is a must! I am so excited to have a sit-down place in Ogden, with a fun and chill vibe, where we can get spectacular street tacos, yummy drinks, and phenomenal service. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

    Blueberry Margarita and coronarita

Stopped in for some drinks and weren't disappointed. This bar is right near the parking lot behind the bars on 25th street. Everyone working there was so friendly and the service was great. Super fun ambiance with music and lights. Sat at the bar and the bartenders were cranking out drinks. I had the blueberry margarita and my boyfriend had the coronarita (which I would have never tried because I don't do corona) and even that was awesome. Finished the night by splitting a horchatarita. It was definitely like a dessert and so good as well. We will definitely be back.

Best food in Ogden hands down. Staff is friendly and quick and the vibes are incredible.

Cucumber gin and tonic and Modelo

Service was prompt, individual taco prices are reasonable so you can try one kind and then another if you want... food items are limited as this is more of a bar but it seems they make them in house including the hot sauces... they have a variety of cocktails with not tequila but rum, gin and whiskey... they also have a variety of beers... 16 or 32 ounce...colorful inside with good background music.... definitely come here on your birthday as they light the bar on fire and you get a piece of cake with a sparkler while wait staff claps!

    Campecheno taco & birria tacos
    Jamie W.

Stopped by for lunch and while the food menu is small - the food & its flavor packs a deliciously large punch! The birria tacos (especially the dipping sauce) were spectacular & not greasy or overly cheesy. The campacheno taco was also fantastic & I topped it with lots of green salsa. Also tried the pork tamal & it was flavorful - especially the red guajillo sauce that came on it. The regular house margarita also hit the spot - not too sweet/not too sour. Cece (behind the bar) was very friendly & food came out quickly. Will definitely be back!

    Guac and drinks.

After a quick morning flight to Ogden, UT to visit our besties, we found ourselves hungry and…read morecraving some Mexican. A quick Yelp search lead us to No Manches Way. THE LOCATION: This is where things got a little tricky. Street parking for No Manches Way is basically nonexistent. There is a small lot in the back through a narrow alley alongside the building. THE ATMOSPHERE: Eh... Awkward is a good way to sum it up. There's a tv with a DJ, in what looks like his parents basement, blasting club music. It was much louder than it needed to be for any restraint. Especially during the day. Aside from that, there were some neat murals on the walls and a variety of seating. THE EATS: Having caught wind of the birria craze back in Colorado, I was excited to see that they offered this here! Yay! So I eagerly ordered up a quesa birria (which is essentially a cheese quesadilla with a dipping au jus). My husband chose to nosh on a massive asada burrito, and our friend chose the street tacos. The meals definitely satisfied the craving and filled our tummies. THE DRINKS: Since they're across the street from a church and located in Utah, you will not find beer or liquor here. They do feature Mexican Coca Cola, Parrot juice drinks, among other things. I opted for a Pink Guava juice drink. It definitely paired perfectly with my meal. THE SERVICE: There's no table service here. You place your order at a counter in the back of the restaurant and receive a tray with your food when it's ready. Being the first time I've had birria, I was a little disappointed that how to season the broth was not explained more to me. It came with a plethora of cilantro and onion that I was unsure of how to use. Oh well. No Manches Way was A-OK in my book. I wouldn't be opposed to stopping by again next time we're in town and checking out more of the menu.
