I have had nothing but great service from these folks. Bob and Cindy are the best and Matt goes out of his way to make sure all my equipment is clean and up to date. And I've investigated and talk to other companies and they are reasonably priced. They are NOT Walmart but neither is their products. They are all good quality with great service. I have a Jacuzzi hot tub and I'm so thankful I found this company. I'm the second owner. I had two prior spa repair service men come to the house, both were horrible, did not know what they were doing. I finally went on line and looked for a certified Jacuzzi dealer in CT. Thankfully I found Reliable pool and Matt the service repair man! When he came to replace one of the pumps he discovered another part that had been replaced which was held up with rolled up a towel to make it fit! (that repair was done by prior owner). On Friday the hot tub didn't have power. I checked house circuit breaker with no results. (Reliable is not opened on Sunday and Monday in January). Its January my tub is out side, I was frantic! Thankfully for January thaw temps not freezing yet. I called another spa repair which I got from internet, HUGE mistake! He arrived on Monday, 3 hours later than he promised, he flipped the out side hot tub circuit breaker and it started. He never opened hot tub to try to find out why it faulted, just charged me service call and left. Needless to say it faulted again. He never returned, said he would order part, called him for 4 days still no part ( now weather getting colder). Called him Friday, he denied he said he would repair over week end, would come on Monday, one full week!! After I spoke with him on Friday I called Reliable, Matt came Friday afternoon, had the part and repaired!! The hot tub had bad Temp sensor and was reading as Over Heating that was why it kept flipping circuit breaker. That part had also been replaced by prior owner and they didn't use Jacuzzi part so it didn't fit properly, it was like a rats nest, again that repair man tried to make it fit!! Learned the hard way never to use any company but Reliable and only Jacuzzi parts!

What a mistake. Filter leaked. Was put in like an amateur. One nut , holding the pump moter, when it calls for four. .they misplaced the pump. Then dirt keep coming back into pool. Said use a stocking. Now it is leaking in numerous places. So sad. If you or anyone you knows needs pool work done, I would not let these phones near my pool
