Paul was very informative and did a thorough assessment. I quickly received a installation proposal which was detailed and fair. After signing the contract, I was kept informed about installation date. As soon as the weather permitted, 5 people came to the house and within 2 hours I had a new beautiful liner. The old liner was removed, the sand was leveled and added to. I opted to have padding put in under and between the pool shell and liner. I am confident this will be a great pool season.

It was all common sense being that they are digging a massive hole in my yard. Safety was always first, they used a heavy grade temporary fencing around the pool until the project was finished. During construction they went over settling and why they won't be back for awhile, again common sense. If it didn't settle my pavers would sink within a year. When completed Ralph did what he calls pool school and went over everything and made sure I understood. Jose is an exceptional service guy he had to come out for my railing and pool cover. Everyone is the North Branford store goes above and beyond for you. I dont use them for service, I open and close the pool. I do get my products for them and have my water tested. I have tried other products from cheaper stores, not the same. My pool looks great with there products. Overall a great company to do business with.

Been a customer of hunters for over the past 30 years. Had three pools installed by them along with…read morevarious other services and chemicals bought over the years and have never had an issue, in fact anyone who is interested in the pool, I always refer them to Hunter's pool center. However recently I had to deal with the parts department on a very simple part . Was told the part was being ordered and I would be contacted when it was available. Over the past month and a half. I left two messages regarding this and never received a call back. Finally got a hold of the parts department and was told that the part was discontinued and that's why I never got a call. To me that is not acceptable customer service. On top of that the person I spoke to in the parts department was extremely rude and condescending. I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled and as a loyal customer would expect more from a small family business.
