Once we arrived at the home, he was even better than expected. His prior firefighter expertise allowed him to give us more insights regarding potential fire hazards and other safety codes that we may otherwise would have missed. From the start he was clear and descriptive with everything he noted. We walked through every spot in the house and showed me as he went what he found and what that meant for me as the buyer. When he came out from the inspection he told me I had a clean bill of health for the house I was going to purchase. Just a few minor details needed to be looked into. Turns out now that I'm in my house I need to replace the windows, which got a glowing mark on the inspection, leaks under the kitchen sink which he told me they were no leaks. My HVAC system needs work. I don't know who this man was working for but it certainly wasn't for me. Incredibly disappointed in his service. There are so many conflicts between what was said in my report and the lemon I purchased. He asked for $450 CASH ONLY!!! He should give me my money back! When I contacted him about the differences that I'm seeing compared to what is written in my inspection report, the man told me that many things can change between now and then and anything could happen in the future. What kind of an excuse is that? I feel completely ripped off and blindsided by his service. Run don't walk away from him. He isn't thorough and didn't truly inspect the house.
