I called him at 5 and he arrived at about 7 a.m., but traffic was heavy and between school, tourist season and not enough roads to accommodate all the folks here, it is tedious - and unfortunately too many drivers are impatient. He got here, was able to get the snake out, and I'm so relieved. He was very nice and professional. :-) I never had a snake in my home and I have no wish to have another, I did freak out. Have a maintenance contract for pests, technician usually visits on the day the text says, mostly when I'm not there. However, just try and reach the technician, supervisor or anyone that isn't a call center in Texas. even then, the "back with you in 2 business days" means the "check's in the mail" from my younger self. I have left messages, sent online email, used the chat feature and no response to reach the technician. Even the phone number on their business card. If you value a discussion with the actual company, I don't know how to reach them. Their physical address is only a front for staging vehicles as they are no longer customer facing, their words. So if you reach anyone in the Fort Myers Office, ask them to review messages from LaBelle. And don't think you can stop automatic billing via your website account, you must do that with their account retention people. Good luck.

However, after the company changed ownership (or rebranded), the quality of service declined dramatically. My home is currently full of insects, despite paying for ongoing pest control services. The treatments have not been effective, yet I continue receiving bills for services that have not solved the problem. Customer service and results are nowhere near what they used to be. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would suggest looking elsewhere for reliable pest control. Very disappointing experience.

Think twice before…read more.. We were longtime customers of this pest control company back when it was locally owned, and the difference since the corporate takeover has been night and day. I completely understand that buyouts can be lucrative for small business owners -- from an MBA perspective, I get it. But as a customer, there has not been a single day since the takeover that we have felt happy with the service. The pricing has steadily increased while the quality and responsiveness have steadily declined. We've noticed bugs and critters slowly making a comeback, communication has become frustrating, scheduling is now a hassle, and yet nothing meaningful has been added to justify the rising costs. Purcor is simply not customer-centric. The focus feels entirely driven by internal corporate KPIs rather than actual customer satisfaction or keeping homes bug-free. The personal care, accountability, and pride that came with the original local company are gone. Unfortunately, this seems to be happening across the industry as more small pest control businesses sell out to large corporations. My advice: do your homework. Call around and support one of the few remaining local companies that still values relationships, service, and results.
