Their tow driver was to her before my husband even got there. Probably around 10 minutes after I called. The gentleman was friendly and helpful. They were my 2nd call as the first one was to another tow company in Cass that starts with a P. The man that answered and spoke with me wasn't very friendly nor seemed to really want to help. When I asked around how long he thought he'd be to get to her, he was like however long it takes me to drive there (glad he stated the obvious). So I just ended the conversation and called True's. Both were in our insurance preferred providers. Thank you so much True's for caring and your friendliness. I definitely recommend you.

My wife, daughter and I were driving from NWI heading to Charlevoix, MI this morning and broke down…read moreon the side of US 196 near Zeeland. We googled towing services in the area and K&R popped up. A quick phone call later and a truck was on the way. In about 15 minutes or so Shay showed up with a flatbed and got us loaded up and we were on our way to the dealership in Grand Rapids. He dropped it at the service department and it wasn't long before we were back on the road! Shay is a true professional and has a great personality. He went above and beyond what he needed to and made us feel safe and comfortable. Kudos Shay!!!!

Scam!!! Do not use this towing company. Had an accident, the police sent K & R Towing to tow my…read morecar when it was still driveable. First the driver asked me to get all of my things out of the car. I said no, I own the car need it towed to my house which was only 1.5 miles. Gave him a check when got to the house. He would not unload the vehicle into my driveway, I was specific that I will have it repaired or scrap it myself. Driver took off with my vehicle. Went town to their yard to get my car back and they claimed I had to sign the title over to them for the towing fee. I could not get the car back. This is FRAUD!!! Charged me $219 for 1.5 miles of towing and I could have scrapped it for $550. If the police ever call you a tow truck do not use this company.

Wow, What excellent service. Talk about going above and beyond. Dead battery could not be charged…read moredue to defecting battery connector. RR rigged said connection and car could start to get it to a garage without towing. Great value for me. He even needed more tools than he had but was happy to use mine. What skilled clinician. So friendly and nice. Prob, doesn't know it but he made my mothers day!
