We sent the $5000, and they confirmed receipt of the funds. A few days later, we received an email saying, "We sold the backhoe, sorry." I know they got more money for the unit than what we offered. This was extremely unprofessional, unethical, and just a waste of my time. Would not recommend.

They were able to work the driver in for repairs and had him on the road with a new turbo the next morning. What really made an impression was that the turbo we swapped out wasn't in great shape so we couldn't get the core refund right away until it could be inspected. With many shops out there one could expect to never hear anything back or to be just told the core was no good but 2 weeks later GR followup up with us and refunded the $300 core. I'm impressed by this show of integrity and professionalism and recommend them for anyone in need of an honest repair facility.

VAN LIFERS AVOID I…read morecalled a week and a half in advance to inform the shop of what parts I needed, and what was getting serviced on the van. When I brought my van in, the back doors would close reliably, just not seal 100%. The slider door was held closed by a ratchet strap. I wanted both doors serviced. Three days passed with no communication from the shop... I had informed them that it was really important to have my van completed by Friday, because I needed to leave Saturday for a three month work trip. I picked up my van Friday knowing that there was an issue ordering parts, and the parts for the slider door would come on Monday, too late to be fixed. I thought the back door would be fully serviced like I asked... Unfortunately when driving home, the rear door flew open at 55mph. They did not service the back door, and in fact, it is in significantly worse shape than when I brought the van in. Now the rear doors won't latch on their own, and both my slider and back doors are being held in by ratchet straps. Yeah just really disappointed overall, they broke my van worse than it already was and kept my van for four days. They did me dirty for sure!!!

I tried to resolve this with them directly but they simply walked away from the job and are now ignoring my emails. They also failed to provide any warranties for the installed product and have again ignored all requests to supply them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
