She said " MANDATORY ". 8) just a suggestion : hire a front desk person so your staff is not constantly running out the room during a TIMED service.... if your staff is demanding a certain amount for a tip you can actually add automatic gratuity so your staff and clients aren't running into this issue. He had rough callused hands and had zero skill at massage. Like there is no way he was licensed. My girlfriend said she kept hearing him rub me during it and was wondering what the heck he was doing. He was super forceful during the massage, I had to tell him to stop multiple times. She said her girl was decent though. Honestly, the groupon was $35 which was still not worth it. I couldn't wait for it to be over. It's 2019 - when someone says they don't want a male masseuse - that needs to be respected. And when you stick them with one despite their wishes, they better be damn good. My advice: find somewhere else for a massage, this place isn't worth it!

Compensation during clinical sessions consisted of cash tips only, and expectations around time commitment and program duration felt unclear to me. When I sought clarification, none was given and I ultimately decided the program was not the right fit. I recommend that anyone considering this program ask very detailed questions upfront about curriculum, supervision, required duties, compensation, and completion timelines to ensure it aligns with their expectations.
