I asked a few questions as I was not sure she was a fit for what I wanted. In the end we set an appointment that I just now am leaving so very relaxed. Just want to sit in my car and take a nap. I sit at a desk all day and slouch and the job is very stressful so big knots be gone! And they were! Magic hands and highly experienced. I pull into the parking lot. The spa shares the 3333 building with other businesses.... Very easy to find. The space is clean and comfortable. There is a shared restroom that's locked but Heidi will unlock the door for you. The men's room is very clean. I was led into the room and asked to undress to my comfort level and instructed to lie facedown with the towel over my bum. A knock at the the door and it was on like Donkey Kong. Before we started Heidi asked me questions, I answered and her program was on point. It's like really good food. I had 90 minute massage that varied in the depth and added a $10 stretch (well worth it) but may go to 120 minutes next time. She's that good. I will be back. Thank you Heidi!

The office is decorated in a modern black and white scheme. The massage room was quiet and comfortable. Teri went over my history with me and explained the process. Did you know 30% of people that get surgery on or around the abdomen have a higher chance of getting kidney stones because higher levels of oxalate being released!? Well I didn't! I needed some relief but not a regular massage. I found the lymphatic care center website and I visited Teri. Not only did I feel some instant relief I also could fill my circulatory system starting to kick into gear. She also gave me a compression foam and I got a belly ban. She couldn't believe I didn't tip her. I paid $60 for a 60 minute massage. I got a 50 minute massage (at the most) so I don't think $60 is unreasonable. That's $1 a minute and 20% tip. I told her I gave her a cash tip there is no need to add more on my card. She kept saying it was mandatory to tip more than $25 and that it is listed on the website. (Which I can't find) I was immediately shocked and repulsed by her demanding I tip her more money than I already did. Utah Division of Consumer Protection needs to look into this place immediately regarding their tipping practices. --------- HI ANDREW (manager) 1) your responses on your own company's page to client that support your business is horrendous. A true proud business owner would take a moment to apologize for the experience and take the honest feedback from your clients. 2) a liar ? I made a reservation online and there is no request for a certain therapist on there. It says : Swedish massage - with j massage SLC. It's just a coincidence that your highly requested therapist was the one to do my massage. 6)correct I did not hand her a $25 tip--- I stated above " she kept saying it was mandatory to tip more than $25 " 7) Please review your footage in your lobby because we all know it's being recorded as you have iPads set up in every massage room showing the front counter. She said " MANDATORY ". 8) just a suggestion : hire a front desk person so your staff is not constantly running out the room during a TIMED service.... if your staff is demanding a certain amount for a tip you can actually add automatic gratuity so your staff and clients aren't running into this issue. I was in tears most of the massage and it felt like the longest 90 minutes and I should've just walked out but how do you when you're in that vulnerable state! Here is proof I was indeed seen by this Jeff sir. I do sincerely hope they hire better massage therapists. A client should never leave what should be a relaxing experience traumatized and in tears from 90 minutes of torture.
