That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. Their services where more thorough by actually de-rooting all nuisance aquatic vegetation. They actually got to the root of problem, where as the other companies just touched the surface, which meant more maintenance to keep the areas clean and free of weeds. They also did amazing restoration of my 70ft beach with sugar sand. I was so impressed that I told them to sign me up for their quarterly maintenance program. I no longer need to worry about waiting to schedule my maintenance when everyone else is looking to do the same and I end up waiting several weeks.
