The name on the door is "BC Modern Furniture" and they're open Fri-Sun from 10-4. In addition, they run estate sales and host one day flea markets so check their website for upcoming events and sales. If you visit the store, know that it's mostly mid-century furniture with some same era collectables thrown in. It's not a huge place but it's very, very well curated. This is some of the nicest looking vintage furniture I've seen in town - lots of sideboards, dressers, end tables and some truly glorious sofas. Prices are commensurate with the quality - a big 2 piece sectional sofa with immaculate original upholstery was in the $600 range. That said, they're willing to negotiate so if you see something you love, have the conversation. The Mister grabbed a fun Maifest stein and a vintage German decor mag from 1964 for $10, so we left happy. They are adding things all the time so if you're trying to up the hipster cachet on your sweet Bay View bungalow definitely check them out.

He is one of these auctioneers that will defraud winning bidders by coming up with any reason not to complete the sale of things you managed to get cheap so he can sell them in response to post auction buyers so he can thus pocketi the deal you thought you were getting by participating in his auction. In my case he refused to complete the sale of four pieces of hi fi equipment that collectively totaled $5,500 but had a retail value many thousands of dollars more. Now I will have to sue him to get the benefit of the bargain I made with him.

My Delivery Took 2 Days. The Truck Driver for Contractor. Immediatly advised Us ,He has NO EXPERIENCE WHAT SO EVER. With Cars NOR Any At All Mechanical Experience , Knowledge. Adding The Trucking Co. Is Well Aware of that Fact As Well. He Kept Asking "why did they send Me (jeff) What Do They Expect Me To Do They Know I Do Not Know Anything About Cars. etc,etc So What Does HE DO. He goes up to 2nd Floor of The Enclosed Trailer. He Proceeds To Try To Get My Vehicke Started. After Few HOURS Of Doing Whatever He Did. I Get a Text. He Took Out The Smaller of 2 Batteries Used For Starting Only. I Had to Drive Him (jeff) to my Walmart To Purch A New Replacement. Told Me I HAD To Pay For It. Back at His Trailer. My father had a '67 Firebird and a '69 Camaro that frequently make me choke on my Salsa when I see what those vehicles now fetch at auction. Even the '98 Buick Regal GS that I drove into the ground is now paying off numerous student loans for someone. And let's not sleep on the '72 Country Squire with the plastic side panels that we mocked as kids -- this beast is now a nerd fiesta for some lucky owner.
