I had ordered a tasteful arrangement of white flowers as a birthday gift to be delivered on December 20th. Unfortunately the flowers were delivered "late" as described on a phone call I received after the flowers were dropped off. This meant that the flowers I had ordered, on time, were left to sit out in 20 degree weather while my parents finished up dinner and could return home to move them indoors. By the morning, the flowers had browned. As evidenced by the photo. I understand that the shop may be busy this time of year however when calls and messages were left to rectify the situation, no return phone call was received on my end. If I could have been alerted to the late delivery earlier we could have postponed the delivery to the next day when a relative would be available to bring the flowers indoors. I would assume a florist of this caliber would know it is gravely inappropriate to leave flowers in frigid cold without confirming they can be taken inside. I have ordered flowers from this florist for years but this is by far the worst treatment or experience I have ever had. read more

On the right is the "most beautiful" bouquet I ever received from using Teleflora online, fulfilled by another florist (usually they come even smaller than that). Absolutely incredible customer service and amazing detail oriented gift basket! I called helpless from long island needed to send a sympathy basket- the person received it today and I was sent pictures and blown away! I can't recommend this place enough! I've sent a few arrangements through this shop and have been very happy with the results. My recipient raves about the flowers each time, which keeps me coming back. I appreciate that you can order arrangements off of their website and it's not through a corporate florist license (FTD, Teleflora, etc) I really appreciate the unique options and the very fair prices. I want to say that I never write these, I am not one to cause to many issues and make a big deal about much of anything, but I really hate being lied to and I will never use them again. I realize that everyone has good and bad days, and they could be a very nice person, and I don't want to cause them issues, but, my experience with Meghan specifically has caused me to give this place a 1 star. I called and placed an order for my mother who is in Doylestown Hospital Monday afternoon. I could not be delivered until Tuesday morning. I requested morning delivery. I included a medium size stuffed bear with my order. I left all the information along with my cell phone. My cell phone was on ring Tuesday morning as I wait for my Dad's call about my Mom's update. Meghan sent me an email at 10:30 saying that she tried to call me on the two numbers that I provided and could not reach me???? I didn't get a phone call on my cell, so I guess either she dialed my number wrong, or she didn't call at all. The email she sent stated that medium bear they have on their website is out of stock and wanted to know if they can substitute it with a box of candy or increase the size of the flowers. I saw this email at noon. I call her as soon as I saw it, and tell her that I would prefer to have the increase size of flowers because she cannot have candy at this time. She said she would do that. Then I mentioned that since it was noon and I requested a morning delivery, if it could go out soon. She said that she already took the liberty of making it larger and it would go out soon. Great I think! I get off the phone with her and then call my mom's hospital room. She tells me thank you for the flowers and the chocolate, but she can't eat the chocolates. I asked her to repeat what she just said and I said and I am mad. My mom is having a procedure done and was off of food since midnight. I call little Miss Meghan back and say that I spoke to my mom and she got chocolate and that she lied to me. She told me she didn't lie, she said that delivery person must have accidently picked it up. I asked if she is also going to blame the delivery man for saying that it would go out soon after it was already there? I am confused why would you lie, why wouldn't you say that it was sent with the chocolate right from the beginning because there was an hour and half between her email and when I called. I just don't understand that at all. I would have understood, I don't like being lied to. She got the flowers in the morning like requested, and my Mom said that the flowers were nice, so why lie. I didn't ask for the owners or managers for Meghan, but thanks to her they will never get another dime from me and I recommend that you find another one too. read more
