They were very thorough, replaced the part and then made some suggestions for future improvements but were not pushy. When the time came to make those improvements they were exactly who we called. They try to find the most economical way to do things and actually know what they are talking about. Then he told me that he didn't have me scheduled as he was in North Carolina on his way to a $2,000 job and he wouldn't take a small job over a big job. I explained to TJ that I received the order on the previous Thursday in an email from the CHW. He then said he just got the order the day before the appt. After explaining everything over and over, he said he would make me his first appointment the following Saturday (4 days later). Received confirmation email of the new appointment at 5am on Saturday not for first thing, but for hours between 7-11. Time passed and again...no call, no show. And, again, I called TJ. I told him who I was and based on our conversation for the previously scheduled appointment, that he was supposed to be here...his first appt for the day. He asked if I called him. I explained I had not. He told me that he told me to call him, which he hadn't. I didn't think it could get any worse, but it did!
