Came three times to repair or replace our ice maker. He started working with the wiring, then replaced the ice maker. Hmmm, still no ice. He suggested the replacement ice maker could be bad, or maybe we need a new board. I asked him to skip replacing the ice maker again, and let us know when he has a new board. Never heard from him again. Got another company to come and in one visit they did a full diagnostic. The board and the internal door wiring were not functioning. I got a call back in about half an hour (typical for this business according to Yelp) and by lunchtime the next day, the dryer was working again. This is the second time we've called John to fix an appliance for us. The first was a dishwasher which he quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. John repaired my refrigerator. I had a leak with water on the floor and a sheet of ice under the bottom bin in the freezer. He repaired it and it had about a 2 foot sheet of heavy ice in the coils that he cleaned out. He was very efficient, on time , polite and very fair in his charging.
