Our dryer stopped making hot air and Yelp recommended this business, as it will. And I was frankly amazed at how well the "Projects" feature worked out. I got a call back in about half an hour (typical for this business according to Yelp) and by lunchtime the next day, the dryer was working again. John was on time, gave good advice about the age of our dryer and so forth, and cleaned up after himself without prompting. The price was about half of what I expected. This is the second time we've called John to fix an appliance for us. The first was a dishwasher which he quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. John repaired my refrigerator. I had a leak with water on the floor and a sheet of ice under the bottom bin in the freezer. He repaired it and it had about a 2 foot sheet of heavy ice in the coils that he cleaned out. He was very efficient, on time , polite and very fair in his charging.
