When I went to Dr. Dewaele for the first time in 2004, I knew I had alot of problems to fix and was in for a long ride. Ten years later, I live in Brooklyn and travel all the way to New Cannan to see Dr. Dewaele and his team. That being said, the admin staff including Jessica and Joan are superb. They go above and beyond to get me appointments that fit into my schedule.There is never a wait and if I don't bug them with some chit-chat in the waiting room, they are working diligently. The dental hygienists are all amazing. They all have great perky personalities and make the cleaning fun. My teeth are always super clean when I leave. This leaves me to Dr. Beeson and Dr. Dewale. I have never had Dr. Beeson, but I have heard great things about her. And then there is Dr. Dewaele. First off, he is a DMD. Trained and board certified in Dentistry and also a board certified MD ( medical doctor). He practices general dentistry and cosmetic. Dr. Dewaele is simply the best of the best. I have had A LOT of work over the past 10 years, some minor and some major. I used to put off going to the dentist in fear of the pain and the judgements. But, Dr. Dewale has some magic powers because I have never, not once in my 20 or so procedures, felt pain under his care. Even more so, I have never felt judged. His work is impeccable and he is the most trustworthy dentist. I have never doubted his recommendations for treatment because this is a dentist that cares about his patients AND their wallets. I have gotten to know Dr. D over the years and he is a perfectionist to a T. A quality you definitely want in a dentist! Plus, he is always calm, has a great sense of humor and never makes a big deal (out of what I think might be). He has an equally amazing dental hygienist assistant, Miriam. She is his left arm and together they are a dream team. They are nothing short of excellent. I trust them 100% and would never think of going anywhere else. And P.S. I have beautiful teeth ;-)

I got a job offer with a quick turn around, which meant that I had about a week to prepare for a huge move. I'd lost my custom teeth whitening trays and when I contacted them about replacing them, they offered me the factory price as it was my second set. They took my move into consideration and had my trays made in 24 hours, and I am so grateful. Everyone there is very professional and very warm, I really appreciate this office and highly recommend them.

The procedure itself was quick, comfortable, and far easier than I expected. I have not visited them since 2019-I called and emailed several times no one returned my calls. In March I finally posted a review. Dr. Stein himself called me after seeing the. review. He asked me to take it down and he would "handle": my bill that he would make sure it was cleared up and that the bill would be cleared and make sure that I owed nothing. Forward to today. I trusted the owner of this establishment Took down my review. He did not own up to his promise of deleting what his billing department said I "owed" I have since moved (been divorced since 09) I got a bill in the mail that only tooik 200 off the bill then I got another bill for my ex husband (he has not moved in more that 20 years) at my new address with the full amount Dr. Stein said he would delete because I do. not owe it period. My ex husband does not owe it either. So I called three times no one supposidly gave the doctor the message so I went in yesterday. Dr stein said I have patinent and I am busy this weekend can I call you next week. I he said "trust me" I did and you failed. I then asked him why would someone change my ex husbands address. his excuse was they were updated the computer system. well the computer system doesnt change addresses by themselves do they? and that is also why my bill wasnt cleared mmmmm well it took off 200 and gave it to my ex husband. what a excuse.

We both felt cared for and listened to. Dr. Katz was genuinely kind and knowledgeable throughout. I can not imagine going to another pediatric dentist. Plus the no cavity of the month club is super clever and the staff were incredibly helpful from our very first phone call. They are diligent in contacting insurance to get as much as possible covered. Glad to be with this practice!

Personally, I have terribly tusks. One could even say I am the owner of insubordinate ivory incisors.... Needless to say, Ive seen many dentist offices. From the first step inside I was beckoned to the modern front desk, riddled with computers of all shapes and sizes. To my left, a rotunda of Apples, computers that is- about 6 of them all loaded up with inviting games and graphics. Flat Screen TVs abound. The examination rooms entail the perfect blend between professional functionality and, well, FUN- perfect for extraction entertainment- a true Dental Diversion (but only for the patient) as Dr. Cooper is a truely gentle, caring, yet utterly comprehensive EXPERT in his field. Dr. Edibam is the worst doctor I've ever seen. He accused me of lying by saying "you're lying"…read moredirectly to my face. Then proceeded to ask me why I'm here if I did not bring a physical CD of my CT SCAN, although I spoke to front desk over the phone and they said to email it and then when I got there to check in, I confirmed again if my imaging was ok and the lady at the front desk said yes. Dr. Edibam said that's not possible that his staff didn't say that and said I'm lying. He then proceeded to yell at me saying there's nothing wrong with me and he can't do anything. Then I explained my symptoms and he said everyone else has the same symptoms. He then laughed at me and said "you were born this way, what do you want me to do?" And I started crying and looked to the medical assistant who was a young female who looked away while standing behind me. I asked her why she is letting the doctor speak to me this way and asked if she was a woman also. She proceeded to leave the room and block the door. I felt very unsafe and he charged me for the visit anyways and when I called to take it off the lady at the front desk said no. Please do not go here. Especially if you're a young female. I'm a young back women and I'm not sure if that's why he was triggered and bullied me as a doctor in the visit. If you are going to go, being your parents or someone Who is able to oversee and step up for you. I reported Dr. Edibam to the state medical board and submitted an investigation with my dental insurance. I don't wish for anyone else to go through this, especially if it was bias or racist.
