For my project we were looking to replace our yucky inconsistent crabgrass lawn area with artificial grass. Kris came out to walk through our project late last year and quickly came back with a beautiful design and bid. I had received a few other bids, but Kris's design was by far the most thoughtful and gave my kids more square footage of play area. I had to put the project on hold in January due to some life factors, but called him back in early Feb to get going. Kris quickly came back out with samples, confirmed the project design and price and about a week later the project started! Kris brought the 2 Project Managers over in person to meet me a few days before we started. Pablo managed the project on side and great to work with. His crew was friendly, respectful of our space, (cleaning up each night, closing our gates, taking away trash) and super efficient! The project went so fast and was done in just 3 full days (I was prepared for 4-7). Throughout the project it was also super easy to ask questions, get updates via the text group the office set up. I had a leak that I knew was related to the water fall. I called a water leak detection company and…read morethey referred me to In-depth Leak Detection specializing in swimming pools. I was worried that they didn't handle water falls but since my water fall sprouts had shut-off valves INKD included the water falls as part of the leak detection inspection (waterfalls are usually not included as noted on the website). The price for a complete leak detection inspection which includes a follow-up inspection after repairs are completed to look for addition leaks is a flat $800 payable upon scheduling. The two Technicians who worked on my job were Marcus and Blake. Marcus was the main Technician and arrived promptly at the scheduled time and Blake came towards the end of the inspection to help. Marcus was very thorough and identified 3 leaks with the most important leak that I was concerned about, the water falls. He also identified a smaller leak in one water return and another more significant problem with the skimmer separating from the deck. I also had two bad jets in my spa that Marcus removed for me and I replaced the jets. I was impressed with the professionalism, promptness, thoroughness and very clear write-up and recommendations of the repairs. Hopefully I won't need In-depth again but if I did, I would not hesitate to call In-depth.
