They then gave us a 1 hour massage, but when we went to the front to pay, a different attendant said we rec'd 75 minute massages and that the cost was $95 each + tax. We advised them we had made it very clear that we were getting 1 hour massaged and that we had confirmed the $75 price beforehand as well as upon our arrival. As we argued with the attendant, we noticed her English skills became progressively worse. We finally paid and left, but have filed a dispute with our credit card company. Apparentently, Magic Spa personnel thing it's fair to "bait and switch" their price quote or that it's fair to charge you for a 15 minute wait before your massage begins. WE WON'T GO BACK AGAIN!

I had a reflexology foot massage with Ella, and she did an incredible job. I have a pretty bad case of plantar fasciitis, and my feet are often achy and sore. Ella was attentive and really focused on the areas that needed extra care. She also massaged my neck, arms, and back, which was such a wonderful bonus. I felt absolutely amazing afterward--so much relief and relaxation! My husband had a back massage with Lily, and she was fantastic as well. She made sure to check in about the pressure and adjusted it to his comfort level. He was dealing with allergies and coughing quite a bit, and she thoughtfully offered him water multiple times, which we really appreciated. Her attentiveness and professionalism made a big difference. The pricing was very reasonable, and we loved that there was no pressure to purchase extras or upgrades--just genuine, quality service. When I arrived I was told they couldn't do the procedure because I was on a certain medication. It would have been nice for them to 1: put this information on their website or 2: tell me at the time of making the appointment or 3: put this info on the paperwork I did online or 4: add this to the email confirmation. Although other med spas do not have this restriction it's their option to have it. If being on certain medications is their hard stop- they should let clients know. This tells me all I need to know about how they conduct business. I drove an hour for this place and I was planning for other procedures in the future, but no thanks.Then, on top of all of that, they couldn't figure out how to refund my deposit. I'm not interested in being their client.
