So convenient, so much less hassle. Her bedside manner is so calming and attentive, exactly what we needed as parents of a newborn. She listens, she answers questions, she checks for understanding. All things that are so so important in a doctor! She is very knowledgeable and has quite a broad background as a pediatrician, so we know she has seen a lot, which we also find very reassuring. The direct primary care model for her practice is absolutely invaluable. We pay her the set monthly fee and in return we have access to her personally via call or text, we have long appointments with her that never feel rushed, and there is price transparency (I never have to worry about some bill showing up a month later from her or the insurance saying that we owe another $80 that no one ever discussed). This is the way of the future. We would highly recommend Dr. Webb to any parent looking for a doctor they can trust.

The waiting area is small with a few seats but the appointments are quick so you won't be waiting long. There is plenty of parking out front or even acorss the street along the sidewalk. My kids had their regular checks up and got their vaccines up to date. They also did a vision test. When we signed up for the new school year and needed a copy of their short records the staff was quick to respond. They also call the day before your appointment as a friendly reminder. I am happy we switched over to Dr.Garcia as our primary pediatrician and look forward to our visits.

We left the practice due to this (and our pediatrician retiring). Even when the company was bought-out, the local staff were so great. However...Due to the corporate take-over, the management of New Braunfels Pediatrics has gone downhill. I requested in early August that both of my children's records be transferred to their new local pediatrician office in town. There is a partnership with the medical records department that funnels into Vital Charts. Between New Braunfels Pediatrics and Vital Charts and a lot of hand-holding by me (Mom), it took 32 business days for my children's records to be received. The New Braunfels Pediatrics' office manager contacted me twice (once per my request and once on her own accord to follow up), but I was not contacted after the records were in the possession of the new pediatrician's office to verify with me. One of my children has an ongoing medical condition. The fact that his new doctor did not have access to his life record for that long is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I, at one point, requested they drive the records over themselves, or me coming up there for them to print their records, and was denied because they can't authorize the release of the records, Vital Charts has to. They were being transferred to a local office, a 10 minute drive away. Shame on New Braunfels Pediatrics for allowing this long of a gap and shame on Vital Charts for taking so long to properly release these records. Parents should not have to hold the hands of the medical secretaries to ensure records are where they need to be. IF NB Pediatrics handled their business IN HOUSE (like they used to) I know it would have been handled in a timely manner. Thankfully the issue is now resolved, but it took at least 5 phone calls to both agencies, along with a threat of reporting, for this to actually get done.

The nurse practitioner, Henry Salinas was professional, courteous, and possessed excellent bedside manner. The staff performed their respective jobs but lacked a welcoming approach. My child even picked up on the differential behavior. Pediatric offices are usually inviting, lively, plays music or television, and decorated with color. This environment was sterile. Hopefully this location can restructure its organization, leadership, etc., and change the service to be on board with it's counterparts.
