Sister bought a beautiful convertible here and a year later let me take over the payments. What a beauty. One of my favorite cars ever.

Nonetheless, I not only consider the owner Bill Norris a man of honor, I consider him a friend.

If it had not been for Mr. Otiz it would not have happened. My first gentleman I spoke with was Mr. Jose Otero, the general manger of the sales department. Over the next several weeks he looked for the vehicle in the Houston regional office where initial factory distribution arrives. He found a car in another city and had Israel pick it up the day I came in and had it processed it and available the next day. During the process Israel Salvador, a senior salesman, helped finalize the purchase, and since he has been my go to man working with Mr. Otero. Also Israel has spent time explaining the operation of the new features of the car and installing a couple promised add ons. I want to reiterate how Jose much went out of his way to find my vehicle and then give me both a fair trade in for my 2020 Camry and a good price that was acceptable to me. If you want a car at Universal, seek out Israel and if necessary will work with Jose to make it happen. The final and usually most painful part of buying a car is finishing the sale in the back office. Jose de la Cruz completed the paperwork with ease. A true professional in his job.

USAA members - they do not want your business. They are very slow and, according to their finance guy Ray, "don't like doing business with them." How World Car lives in San Antonio and has employees like Ray confuses me. Ray was rude to USAA financing on the phone (watched that live) and personally rude to me. If the GM has not gotten involved, I would have left. Their paperwork processes are horrible. We had the deal done - and I waited in the dealership for 4 hours. I wish I could have taken a nap. The car had a flat tire. No biggie, they offered to replace it. But no one replaces one tire and they wouldn't replace two. So, I offered to buy the second since it is unsafe to have one mismatched tire. They couldn't make that happen - so I have to go find a replacement tire on my own. You always want to feel good about purchasing a new car. Joe can hook you up with that feeling but every other part of this dealership will leave you wishing you had gone somewhere else.

He was approached by a Salesman who asked him if he needed help and when he advised that he was there for an interview, the Salesman quickly changed his demeanor and told him they would not talk to him because he needed to change into a suit and tie and that he could go down the street to the Goodwill and get one and then maybe returned. I'd understand if My son showed up in some cut up jeans or tshirt or maybe even in his tennis shoes but he showed up in boots, nice pants and a button up collared Magellan Shirt. My son was literarily shocked by his words, but still didn't retaliate and just said no thank you and left. While sitting in the car, another dealer called him and he went right over, he immediately apologized up front and told them that he understands that he may not be dressed appropriately for this type of interview but that he was a hard worker and really interested in the job and the Salesman there was like no worries we don't judge you by what your wearing and even told him that they provide Polo shirts for their workers. He then proceeded to meet the hiring Manager and they we're impressed by his interview and hired him on the spot. He now is employed for Nissan right across the street! People need to not judge a person by their cover but by their work ethic, I'll never buy from that dealer and will continue to spread the word. it's no wonder this dealership has a low rating from others and glad my son is NOT a part of this team.

Work done timely and with photos. Reasonable pricing. Fast turnaround around. Why only 4 then? 3% charge if using credit card. Which most people do as who carries $600 around ? Many charge 3%. BUT here's my rub - No accounting - dealer claims I paid cash for the repairs and charged me 3% - that means they don't claim the 3% as income AND I can't claim the 3% as expense. My receipt does the repair work and cash paid - not the extra $60 for processing. Moreover they said the debit card is not subject to the 3% charge. Why? Same processing service. Finally - they don't tell you up front - which is something the service advisor should do out front. Heads up to the 3% or use debit card - or get the cash. I would have saved $60. Seems like a little bit it's really not. Bit not enough to lose more than one star

Randolph was closed and so we only needed the bank's approval to get the car BUT they told us they would take the car back to get serviced/ detailed and it would be ready for us the next day around noon. The next day they call us back just to tell us they have sold the car to someone else!!! End of call they said they would call us back. Never did. We ended up calling them back and the next 1-2 phone calls they were running us in circles but this time telling us there was too many issues with the car and they can't sell it to us. Don't think about getting a car here unless you want your "purchase in progress" sold right behind your back.
