After holding my car for a few days, I was told that they did not have all of the parts so I would have to come back. 1. They should have made sure that they had all of the parts prior to my arrival or give me thr choice to reschedule. 2. I asked them to wash the outside of my car, they said they won't if its raining (it would still take the dirt off) 3. Due to the rain, they left muddy shoe prints all over my interior, even the carpet area. I asked if they could clean the inside and they said, you didnt purchase the car from us so we don't clean the interior. Horrible experience in total and my 2025 equinox still has unfixed recalled parts.

My only negative is there was a lack of attention to detail on a couple things. They detail the car when you purchase and I specifically asked them to clean some sticky substance I found on the inside of the car. They said they would but they never did. Also, the car only had a quarter tank of gas when they gave it to me. These are minor things, but leaves a bad taste in your mouth when leaving. Overall, good but not great experience.
