About 5 minutes into the diagnosis he gave us the good news the hard drive was fine, it was the power module (power unit in the back of the tower) that had to be replaced. Twenty minutes later the tower was back from the dead. Within the same hour he checked the PC, and made the recommendations for future backups. A day later he came back with the hard drive and set up an automatic backup form us. What a relieve! Thank you for your professionalism, timely and honest service.
