Their labor charge was more than reasonable and they have earned my business for life! They are incredible. My wife was very concerned about How things would look. She didn't want a lot of tech gear affecting the aesthetics of the house. Jason was understanding and patient. He took the time to balance the best network performance and her concerns about placement of the nodes. In the end, both my wife and I were happy with the results. Well I was traveling in 2015 and my hard drive stopped responding. I was quoted prices up to $1,000 to recover the data. The price made me Shy Away. I gave RTS a call and working with Paul he quoted me a flat rate on a standard hard drive recovery which is consistent with the industry. However he said that you can also provide the service for flat rate that maybe do the job. I dropped my hard drive off to Paul 5 p.m. and I had it back the next day at 7 p.m. Paul communication was exceptional. I was really happy with the service.
