Our old home wi-fi system needed to be upgraded. Jason recommended a replacement system, and the improvement was great. His best quality was his thorough, patient approach. Working with Josh and Sean, or in my case, watching Josh and Sean work is a Master Class in technical knowledge, attention to detail, and customer support. The first time we met, and I showed them "the closet" that housed all the modems, routers, and switches that fed the various locations around the house, Sean looked at the embarrassingly messy nest of cables, thought for all of 30 seconds, he pulled one of the cables from one ports on a switch and put it in a different port. I wrote a review of this company a couple of weeks ago. I mentioned that this company is very good and stays up to date on all the changes that occur with computers. I also commented on how they give me pease of my mind becuase they always are available if you find yourself in a bind. I use them for my two restaurants and i know how bad it is if our point of sale system goes down. When that happens I can't process credit cards. Initially my home had a mess of coax and Ethernet cables in a small box. There was also a mess of Ethernet cables converted to phone lines. It just dove me crazy as I am a very organized person. I also wanted to have all the Ethernet cables connected so I can directly connect my computer or make AP points. I decided to do my research and found these guys. I cannot say enough how amazing they were. They were very responsive, I was able to text them questions leading up to my appointment, and able to give them an idea of what they were walking into and what I wanted done. I needed to upgrade my home wifi as the Orbi mesh system I invested was just not cutting it at all. Although I had 5 satellites distributing a gig of internet, I was continually experiencing dropped signal and/or reduced bandwidth and frankly in 2021, that just won't work. I jumped on to Yelp to research vendors and installation techs and thankfully found J&S who were listed on page 5 of the search results, well past the 'suggested' that Yelp promotes. I am so glad I did that as I met two highly motivated, experienced, informed and friendly experts in the field. They quickly set a time to swing by my house for an in person assessment in which they followed up - that night - with suggestions on securing more robust coverage along with an exact estimate of costs. With in one day later, I authorized the purchase of their gear that they were remarkably able to find (there is a shortage due to the current US supply chain issues) and they were in my house installing less than a week later. Speed tests throughout the house and surrounding property prove that they know IT. I'm now reaching peak speeds and a very strong signal throughout - and even in places I wasn't expecting such as my driveway. Wow, these guys are great! Can I give them 6 stars instead of 5? How about 17? 153 stars? Whatever the upper limit, that's how I'd rate them. Jason and Sean came to our home to run some network cabling to two home offices where the WiFi was a bit inconsistent. Our intial fear was that they wouldn't be able to run the wires through the walls, and that we might have to run the wires outdoors and then drill a hole to pass the wire inside. But these guys were brilliant, and figured out clever ways to run both cables so that no walls had to be broken and no wires had to be run outside. Phenomenal team! Jason and Sean are absolute pros, extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. Backstory before we contacted J&SAdvanced IT: We have a 7500sq ft home with a large yard and have been trying for years to get Wi-Fi stability. We tried a few retail systems, Netgear Orbi, Tp Link Deco, all satellites hardwired and plenty of coverage, they would work great....50% of the time, but HomeKit switches and devices, Ring, Sonos, garage doors would just randomly disconnect, we finally gave up and decided to get professional help. I was looking for prompt and reliable I. T. service and I found it! My laptop was hacked, it got malicious software installed. Windows support tried removing it, but it did not work. Life never goes perfectly and this leads to the reason that I like J&S. I had a screen replaced on my Lenovo Yoga. Jason neglected to ask whether or not I was using a stylus on the screen which I do. He wanted to come in with a competitive price so he put on a non-OEM screen and my stylus did not work. When I brought this to his attention, he immediately voided the invoice without my asking and put in the OEM screen. I was self employed for my whole career.
