Just yum! Consistently fantastic quality and service. As I truly love it here-- I'll admit that I'm biased, but I'm not blind! Whenever I'm in the area and want to eat clean-ish, I pull up. The food and presentation can speak for itself, and I love the new additions and innovations that are rolled out periodically. I appreciate that the staff here is attentive to quality and service to patrons. I've never had a bad experience, and can't imagine that anyone would. I'm a huge fan, but don't take my word for it. Give it a whirl whenever you're in P-Cola!

Bluefin Poke used to be located on the Eastern Shore and I was so happy to find out they were now located in Pensacola. The service was fast friendly and all around awesome. I was also excited to know that they have a vegan poké bowl option. It was delicious and packed with fresh veggies. I love the covered garden venue where they are located. It's a great weekend outing for a day date and hang out with friends and family. I can't wait

We LOVE it! This place is delicious and it's in the Garden which is dog friendly. The portions are huge and the fish and veggies taste very fresh. I definitely recommend the poke and the Aloha maid to drink. So good!

The Black Garlic Ramen was so full of rich flavor that I'm still thinking about it! The Cali Poke Bowl was equally fresh and delicious! I felt like I was eating a deconstructed sushi roll... the ingredients were so tasty with every texture you want in a poke bowl. The pork in the Ramen was perfectly seasoned and really hit the spot! We also tried the avocado Musubi, which was yummy... and very large... practically a meal in itself! If you're downtown walking around and want a freshly prepared light meal served in a casual setting, this is the place for you! Great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food too!

This is a pretty impressive locally owned and operated business that cranks out some pretty tasty food that I'll be back for. Hawaiian cuisine, so it's Pacific Coast dishes on the Gulf Coast and who's not up for that? They're located inside The Garden at Palafox & Main in Pensacola. I heard they used to have a place on the Eastern Shore but this is the only location that I am aware of. The Garden is food trucks and stalls/kiosks inside with a nice assortment of food styles and while the space for Bluefin is small they can crank out some big flavor. The seating is similar to a good court in a mall with tables and chairs throughout and a big full service bar. The main offerings are poke bowls, which are Hawaiian and not to be confused with sushi bowls which are Japanese. You can build your own bowl with white rice, brown rice, spring mix, zucchini noodles bases with protein choices of salmon, tuna, marinate tuna, marinate salmon, spicy tuna, shrimp, grilled chicken, tofu, or a vegetable poke (cucumber, kale, edamame, carrot, avocado). Add ins include cilantro, green onion, sweet onion, black sesame, white sesame, chili flakes, and sea salt with ponzu, ponzu lime, sriracha ponzu, spicy aioli, wasabi aioli, ginger wasabi, sweet chili, house hot sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil suaces. For toppings include carrot, corn, cucumber, edamame, jalapeno, kale, orange tobiko, pickled ginger, pineapple, red cabbage, red onion, tomato, and watermelon radish. For some crunch you can add black sesame, white sesame, crispy garlic, crispy shallot, furikake, wasabi furikake, chili flakes, or nori and for a topping sauce you can choose sriracha, spicy aioli, wasabi aioli, or eel sauce. They have some specialty bowls as well in case you aren't sure about a build. Besides the poke options they also tuna dip and crab dip appetizers but sometimes they make some really delicious ramen. There's four pork belly choices, three of Tonkotsu and a Shoyu with a chicken base instead of pork. Drinks include Fiji water, teas and Aloha Maid. Bottom line: They custom make each dish to order and it comes out hot, fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this local owned and operated poke shop, it's good stuff!! If I could give ten stars, I would! This place is incredible! I honestly can't say what I love more, the ramen or poke?!! Ugh I usually just have to get both. Beware that the ramen is only around seasonally so if you see it on the menu don't pass up on it. Their poke bowls are always fresh and delicious, I typically do a build your own bowl but you can't go wrong with any of their bowl options. The spicy ramen is beyond flavorful, you can tell the broth was cooked for quite some time. Their booth is located in the Garden on Palafox and they reside in a small space but don't worry this doesn't stop them from whipping out one fast and flavorful food. The staff is always a pleasure to talk to and the vibes are unmatched in the Garden. If you are downtown, you need to go check them out.

    Seasonal spicy ramen! Oh my!

I love ramen. Lived in Japan and love love that it's making a comeback in the States. Not meant choices in this area so was super happy to try the offerings here. They're only seasonal (who eats ramen in the summer at the beach Ha!) I tried both the original and spicy variants. The noodles might be a tad thin for what I'm used to but that's so so minor when the delicious sauce and flavors camp on your tongue. The crab cake appetizer is amazing as well. Next time I'll partake in some poke bowls!

I had the Bloxi sushi which was delicious. My son had a poke ball and said the flavors were great. We also tried the hot ginger tea. Yum yum . Here is the completed review with your additional details incorporated:…read more I recently visited **Kalbi Ichiban** in Pensacola, Florida, located in the area of town where I grew up. It was good to return to familiar surroundings and find a restaurant offering a different dining experience. The interior is attractive, clean, and inviting. The restaurant also offers Korean barbecue, with tabletop grills built into several booths. It is a nice option for families, groups, or anyone interested in a more interactive meal. I went specifically looking for authentic Korean food. Having experienced Bulgogi while serving in Korea, it quickly became one of my favorite dishes. Most chain restaurants do not do the dish particularly well, so I decided to give Kalbi Ichiban's version a try. My waiter, **Carson**, was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout the meal. He checked on me regularly without being intrusive and made the overall experience even better. Carson receives five stars from me. The meal came with Bulgogi, rice, and a choice of soup or salad. I selected fried rice and started with the hot and sour soup. I also ordered a side of kimchi because, in my opinion, a Korean meal is not complete without it. The hot and sour soup was excellent. It had great flavor, was well prepared, and was easily one of the highlights of the meal. The fried rice was good, although nothing about it particularly stood out. The Bulgogi was tender and very flavorful, but it was wetter than traditional Bulgogi. Authentic Bulgogi is normally much drier, with the marinade cooked into the meat rather than leaving it with a gravy-like consistency. Even with that difference, the flavor was enjoyable. The kimchi was also very good and added the right touch to the meal. Interestingly, the hot and sour soup was spicier than the kimchi. However, different regions of Korea prepare kimchi in different ways, so the level of heat and flavor can vary considerably. Overall, I was pleased with the meal and would rate the food **8.5 out of 10**. After adding a couple of cocktails, I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the final bill was. I would rate the restaurant **two dollar signs out of five for price**, making it a good value for the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. Kalbi Ichiban may not serve Bulgogi exactly as I remember it from Korea, but it delivered a flavorful and satisfying meal. Combined with Carson's excellent service, the inviting atmosphere, and reasonable prices, it was an enjoyable dining experience and a restaurant I would visit again.

They have an extensive menu and we only tried one app, 2 main and 2 desserts so based on just that we give an average 3 stars for everything.
