So glad was found this gem! They have a seasonal ramen that warms you right up when it's chilly outside! It's loaded with delicious broth and noodles! The build your own poke bowl was a big serving and had lots of fresh veggies! The service was very friendly! We really enjoyed dining in the Garden dining area. It is dog friendly too! I would suggest looking at the menu before arriving, especially if you are building your own bowl! There are so many choices! We can't wait to dine here again!

Just yum! Consistently fantastic quality and service. As I truly love it here-- I'll admit that I'm biased, but I'm not blind! Whenever I'm in the area and want to eat clean-ish, I pull up. The food and presentation can speak for itself, and I love the new additions and innovations that are rolled out periodically. I appreciate that the staff here is attentive to quality and service to patrons. I've never had a bad experience, and can't imagine that anyone would. I'm a huge fan, but don't take my word for it. Give it a whirl whenever you're in P-Cola!

Bluefin Poke used to be located on the Eastern Shore and I was so happy to find out they were now located in Pensacola. The service was fast friendly and all around awesome. I was also excited to know that they have a vegan poké bowl option. It was delicious and packed with fresh veggies. I love the covered garden venue where they are located. It's a great weekend outing for a day date and hang out with friends and family. I can't wait

We LOVE it! This place is delicious and it's in the Garden which is dog friendly. The portions are huge and the fish and veggies taste very fresh. I definitely recommend the poke and the Aloha maid to drink. So good!

The Black Garlic Ramen was so full of rich flavor that I'm still thinking about it! The Cali Poke Bowl was equally fresh and delicious! I felt like I was eating a deconstructed sushi roll... the ingredients were so tasty with every texture you want in a poke bowl. The pork in the Ramen was perfectly seasoned and really hit the spot! We also tried the avocado Musubi, which was yummy... and very large... practically a meal in itself! If you're downtown walking around and want a freshly prepared light meal served in a casual setting, this is the place for you! Great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food too!

    Spicy Miso Tankotsu, very tasty!

This is a pretty impressive locally owned and operated business that cranks out some pretty tasty food that I'll be back for. Hawaiian cuisine, so it's Pacific Coast dishes on the Gulf Coast and who's not up for that? They're located inside The Garden at Palafox & Main in Pensacola. I heard they used to have a place on the Eastern Shore but this is the only location that I am aware of. The Garden is food trucks and stalls/kiosks inside with a nice assortment of food styles and while the space for Bluefin is small they can crank out some big flavor. The seating is similar to a good court in a mall with tables and chairs throughout and a big full service bar. The main offerings are poke bowls, which are Hawaiian and not to be confused with sushi bowls which are Japanese. You can build your own bowl with white rice, brown rice, spring mix, zucchini noodles bases with protein choices of salmon, tuna, marinate tuna, marinate salmon, spicy tuna, shrimp, grilled chicken, tofu, or a vegetable poke (cucumber, kale, edamame, carrot, avocado). Add ins include cilantro, green onion, sweet onion, black sesame, white sesame, chili flakes, and sea salt with ponzu, ponzu lime, sriracha ponzu, spicy aioli, wasabi aioli, ginger wasabi, sweet chili, house hot sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil suaces. For toppings include carrot, corn, cucumber, edamame, jalapeno, kale, orange tobiko, pickled ginger, pineapple, red cabbage, red onion, tomato, and watermelon radish. For some crunch you can add black sesame, white sesame, crispy garlic, crispy shallot, furikake, wasabi furikake, chili flakes, or nori and for a topping sauce you can choose sriracha, spicy aioli, wasabi aioli, or eel sauce. They have some specialty bowls as well in case you aren't sure about a build. Besides the poke options they also tuna dip and crab dip appetizers but sometimes they make some really delicious ramen. There's four pork belly choices, three of Tonkotsu and a Shoyu with a chicken base instead of pork. Drinks include Fiji water, teas and Aloha Maid. Bottom line: They custom make each dish to order and it comes out hot, fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this local owned and operated poke shop, it's good stuff!! If I could give ten stars, I would! This place is incredible! I honestly can't say what I love more, the ramen or poke?!! Ugh I usually just have to get both. Beware that the ramen is only around seasonally so if you see it on the menu don't pass up on it. Their poke bowls are always fresh and delicious, I typically do a build your own bowl but you can't go wrong with any of their bowl options. The spicy ramen is beyond flavorful, you can tell the broth was cooked for quite some time. Their booth is located in the Garden on Palafox and they reside in a small space but don't worry this doesn't stop them from whipping out one fast and flavorful food. The staff is always a pleasure to talk to and the vibes are unmatched in the Garden. If you are downtown, you need to go check them out.

    Seasonal spicy ramen! Oh my!

I love ramen. Lived in Japan and love love that it's making a comeback in the States. Not meant choices in this area so was super happy to try the offerings here. They're only seasonal (who eats ramen in the summer at the beach Ha!) I tried both the original and spicy variants. The noodles might be a tad thin for what I'm used to but that's so so minor when the delicious sauce and flavors camp on your tongue. The crab cake appetizer is amazing as well. Next time I'll partake in some poke bowls!

What really sets Joe Patties apart is the quality. Nothing compares to the freshness of their fish and seafood. If you feel like you're paying a little more, just know that when you cook it properly at home, the quality more than justifies the price. One tip: if you're getting steamed shrimp, skip the pre-steamed option. Go to the counter, pick out the shrimp you want, and have them steam it fresh for you. Definitely grab one of their tubs of garlic butter and herbs and have them add half or the full amount depending on how much you're getting. I got the Argentine shrimp, about a pound and a half, and had them use half the butter. No one in my group expected it to be as good as it was. I set the plate down and it was gone in less than five minutes. I was lucky to even get three pieces for myself. We also purchased a whole grouper and had them fillet it for us. We seasoned it with their Everglades rub, and I have to admit it was probably the best grouper I've ever had in my life. The freshness makes all the difference. We grill often and have made grouper before, but it's usually been frozen, and it never comes out anywhere near this good.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Leilani, and let me tell you, she made the entire experience unforgettable. It turns out her dad is the chef and owner, which made her insights into the menu even more special... you could feel the pride in every dish she described! I ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke with white rice, and it was genuinely one of the best poke bowls I've ever had, super fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced.
