Upon dropping off my clothes, I pointed out to the worker that I want lint to be removed from my clothes when cleaned. I picked up my clothes and they were not cleaned! The stains were still in place, and hair was on the clothes. They did not apologize however, I allow them to try to make it right. Upon returning to retrieve my items, services were still not complete. This old, wrinkled, ugly, dry faced women without and good teeth in her mouth said that they do not provide lint removal and they do not guarantee that my clothes will be completely cleaned. I asked her what am I paying for then? She proceeded to be rude. The customer service was not present. I am completely disgusted with the way people treat others when they are unhappy with themselves. I will never return to this location and I will make sure I inform everyone whom visits this location at my job not to return. The attitudes of the women there are disturbing. If you want clean clothes go someplace else. HARTS CLEANERS IS NOT THE PLACE

I said: DO NOT spot clean this as it will leach out the color. I would rather have the spot than the color leached out. Well, they leached out the color, were ugly about it, insisted on recleaning (like that puts color BACK), then when I came back, said they didn't do it. THe front desk person said they were afraid of the manager, and wouldn't support me for fear of losing their job. How you do one thing is how you do everything, and lying and bullying don't seem to be very good business practices to me.

Then, when I picked up my clothes I noticed that the designer tag inside my dress was hanging on by only one side and the dry cleaning tag was attached to it. That annoyed me. I will have to sew it back on. They must have torn one side off when attaching the dry cleaning tag and didn't fix it. That is not worth the high price they charged.

Here's what I feel they do really well: Pricing is really fair for standard cleanings. I typically come out of the store paying less than $50 unless I'm bringing really large pieces, specialty clothing like leather, or have more than 6 pieces to be cleaned. They are also very timely on service. If you arrive by 9AM (I think) you can drop off your clothes for same day service- but even if you don't make the cutoff time for same day service I can typically get my business clothes back in 24-48 hours. I know they have a third party cleaner for leather - so that will take longer. Bedding took 4-5 days but was well worth the investment for the comforter that I needed cleaned (it had a nice dog smell to it). The only thing I can say they could do better is setting up a website for informations/Q&A. The absence of that is part of why I think writing this review is important for a local business in the neighborhood. I did not expect to be so particular about a dry cleaning place, but here I am traveling for work and deciding that I will just wait to get my suit cleaned between work trips this week and next week just so I can take it to people I trust.
