Upon dropping off my clothes, I pointed out to the worker that I want lint to be removed from my clothes when cleaned. I picked up my clothes and they were not cleaned! The stains were still in place, and hair was on the clothes. They did not apologize however, I allow them to try to make it right. Upon returning to retrieve my items, services were still not complete. This old, wrinkled, ugly, dry faced women without and good teeth in her mouth said that they do not provide lint removal and they do not guarantee that my clothes will be completely cleaned. I asked her what am I paying for then? She proceeded to be rude. The customer service was not present. I am completely disgusted with the way people treat others when they are unhappy with themselves. I will never return to this location and I will make sure I inform everyone whom visits this location at my job not to return. The attitudes of the women there are disturbing. If you want clean clothes go someplace else. HARTS CLEANERS IS NOT THE PLACE

Monday 9:30pm September 22nd raining all day. Me and my boyfriend went to go do laundry at Sud's…read more and Dud's laundromat, that's where we typically go as regular customers. we got there at 5:30 PM. It normally takes us at most an hour to an hour 15 . It took us three hours, because said employee working that night had used all of the big washers and dryers to use for ahead of time orders and or laundry purposes. And had let them sit there after they were done in the washer and dryer for hours .while customers with big loads laundry had to wait or use a bunch of small washer and dryers. Usually employees use smaller washers and dryers close to the entrance ,for ahead of time orders or laundry purposes. Leaving room for customers to use the bigger washers and dryers. Alongside that was hiding out in the manager closet for quite some time. Did not lock the back door at 8:30pm as per usual. Didn't inform anybody when locking before locking the door while there was multiple people that parked out back. Making it difficult for people parked out back to load finish laundry. If door had been locked at 8:30, it wouldn't have been an issue.

You'd be surprised what you can get in that washing machine. The washing machines are always clean and well maintained. As for the laundry mat itself its clean well lit and has seating available . You can also use the tanning booth there . Although I wonder if anyone uses it. Interesting concept to say the least. The women that work there are always friendly and helpful. It's a short distance from where we live and in terms of a laundry mat it's my favorite hands down. If you forget your detergent or fabric softener or even bleach you can buy it from the vending machine.

They have a "San-O-Tyzer Zone" where the machine uses ozone to kill germs and bacteria, deodorize and brighten whites and colors, among other things!! They also have an Express Wash "zone" where the machine washes and dries your clothes in 60 mins. They also offer a lot of chairs and tables if you need to work on anything while you wait. In the mornings there is Fresh & Free Coffee. On the weekends, the two flat screens are kept on family friendly programming. I'm new to this state.. Usually On a Saturday, I'm waiting to use machines to wash my clothes and then waiting to dry. This place wasn't empty, but because they have about 30 machines, of various functions and sizes, I was able to walk right in and get 2 machines!! For as long as I am in Kentucky, this is my laundromat!!!! Best laundromat I've ever been in so far!! This place ROCKS!!!
