The buildings are impeccably clean and the employees are actively going around tidying things up as they go about their work. Machines are maintained and clean inside and out as well. Prices seem reasonable and I've had no issues with loading funds onto my Splash Em Out card from the machine. I appreciate the different size washers so I don't have to pay for a bigger size than my load requires. There are enough machines that you typically don't have to wait for one unless you go on a weekend afternoon, and even then it's not for long. I wanted to give a shout out to Debbie, for always being so friendly and helpful. She is very attentive to customers and I see her going around checking to see that everyone is being assisted. Whenever I've had questions about anything from which machines take quarters to the right way to add fabric softener to a washer, she is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help. So glad that we here in Lexington have this terrific option for laundry, kudos to the business owners and their team.

Then, when I picked up my clothes I noticed that the designer tag inside my dress was hanging on by only one side and the dry cleaning tag was attached to it. That annoyed me. I will have to sew it back on. They must have torn one side off when attaching the dry cleaning tag and didn't fix it. That is not worth the high price they charged.

I have been using Chase Cleaners for over 2 years now. It started as convenience due to my…read moreproximity to the location- but now they are the only company I trust to clean my clothes right. Here's what I feel they do really well: Pricing is really fair for standard cleanings. I typically come out of the store paying less than $50 unless I'm bringing really large pieces, specialty clothing like leather, or have more than 6 pieces to be cleaned. They are also very timely on service. If you arrive by 9AM (I think) you can drop off your clothes for same day service- but even if you don't make the cutoff time for same day service I can typically get my business clothes back in 24-48 hours. I know they have a third party cleaner for leather - so that will take longer. Bedding took 4-5 days but was well worth the investment for the comforter that I needed cleaned (it had a nice dog smell to it). The only thing I can say they could do better is setting up a website for informations/Q&A. The absence of that is part of why I think writing this review is important for a local business in the neighborhood. I did not expect to be so particular about a dry cleaning place, but here I am traveling for work and deciding that I will just wait to get my suit cleaned between work trips this week and next week just so I can take it to people I trust. The owner claimed to have called me to notify me, but that was not the case. They don't weigh the clothes when you drop off because they found out that your clothes weigh less AFTER they are washed and folded. And it's true!
