The pizza and cheese sticks were good. The price however was not! For two sweat teas, an order of cheese sticks, and a pizza with everything our ticket was $89.95. I thought my date was joking when he told me the total until looking at the ticket. We had to ask for refills where as if service were up to par your glass should never be empty. Ghen after receiving an $89.95 bill the waitress asked that we go to the bank and get cash out because she didn't have the $10 change. Smh. This used to be the place to be in Danville, Kentucky. The pizza was hot and tasty and service was great. We went on a Tuesday night this week, and the experience was pretty bad for the first half. There has been a personal change in the lives of the owners, and you can tell the place isn't run like it used to be. Despite the fact the restaurant was NOT full, our party of four was kept waiting probably over an hour. We were told three times that the wait would be 15-20 minutes. The first time, the hostess forgot to write our names down. I asked the bartender for a drink, and she had no idea what it was, though it was on the menu, because she wasn't actually the bartender, she was the owner. There was no bartender. Our server was great and very patient, especially since we arrived over an hour and a half before closing, but weren't sat until about 20-30 minutes before closing (as a four top). He didn't act upset at all, though the situation was out of both party's control. The food was pretty good. The meatballs were well seasoned and cheesy. We ordered a couple appetizers, a Margherita pizza, and a Neapolitan pizza. The flavors were good and the crust was pretty good, though the tomatoes made it soggy after sitting too long. The drinks were purgatory. Beer here is still pretty good. Again, I applaud the staff. They are doing their best. But ownership has to get it together. read more

Great place to grab a moderately-priced lunch in Danville! Love the music-inspired decor, brick walls, the strings of lights. And y'all, the pizza is sooooo good. We stopped at Bluegrass Pizza and Pub midday on a Tuesday in November and so glad that we did. The buffalo chicken pizza was outstanding and had just the right amount of hot sauce with a very thin, tasty crust. My only critique - they don't serve sparkling wine. Bah humbug. The Chardonnay on ice was okay, but I'm not a fan of anything that doesn't sparkle; however, there was a wine special going on so I forgave them. Great service. Unique and uplifting decor. read more

These workers need more training. Usually we have good experiences, but today it was horrible. They were severely understaffed. We had a 30 minute weight while there were TABLES OPEN and the person at the front stood there. They tried to give our food to other tables, even when we tried to get their attention we were ignored. Had a margarita and that was good too, but not frozen enough; more like melted. Our waiter seemed very new and timid. He was nice but struggled a little.
