The RV sites are well appointed; my favorite sites are #4 right on pond because even if a small trailer parks next to you on #5 your view on patio side is not totally blocked. then #6 lots of shade and patio side is a grassy patch open view to peaceful setting #14 has some shade, and patio side open. Really all the spots are nice and most offer shade from awesome trees. The sites on the pond offer the least shade but such a peaceful setting, we stayed on #3. Very clean, well thought out camping ground...and a surprise AWESOME view and sunset. Not camping? rent a cabin or for larger group their club house ( which is awesome). Super Dog friendly! You cannot go wrong here. This IS Florida so the no seeums are out in force in the evening, cover up or just bring spray. Just a very short walk away there is a lake restaurant/bar with live music, good food in case you do not want to cook one evening, you are covered! Great Experience!

Tucked away on the shore of Lake Pierce, there are several cabins and RV spots available. The owners were super nice and helpful... they truly were invested in ensuring all guests enjoyed their accommodations while at their retreat. I can see how this place would be a great destination for a family reunion. Unplug from wifi (though they have it available if you need it!) and enjoy one another's company surrounded by nature.... complete with alligator sightings at Lake Pierce and hoots-a-plenty from the resident night owl whom hung out at the basketball hoop nightly during our stay. The cabins were beautifully decorated and glamp level comfy. The kids enjoyed the "game room" and especially loved the fishing at the pond- loads of catch and releases in a day! They were fascinated with being able to find the eel as it randomly popped up to say hello. Cabin costs were a steal so log on to their new website and book yourself a much deserved rest and relaxation few days. Below are some extra points to help you with your packing: Kitchen- can't hurt to bring: Dish scrubbing sponge Extra garbage bags Tips: Broom is behind refrigerator in cabin 8 Bring paper plates and cutlery if you don't like washing your own dishes by hand Bathroom- should bring: Shampoo/conditioner Body soap Lotion Hair dryer (if you need it) Living room: Pull out sofa bed linen and pillows are in a bin in bedroom closet in cabin 8 Other tips: Gas fire pit in center lawn Many other circle fire pits available with free wood behind cabin 5/6 Bring fixings for s'mores! Winn Dixie, Publix and Walmart aren't too far away... InstaCart also delivers here with no issues! They have direct TV and roku in the cabins in case you need to take temporary shelter from the momentary bouts of Florida sky sprinkles Rent a kayak or canoe and take on the massive Lake Pierce

She is happy to reply to questions and accommodate however she can. Since it's a newly renovated townhouse everything is new, which is nice. Pots and pans aren't scratched up. The townhouse itself is modern and nice, but not great for very small children. The owner welcomes kids and even has a high chair and plastic dish ware but the stairs are steep and uncarpeted(this wasn't false advertising, just wanted to let people know), dangerous for little legs. It would be great with older kids for sure! My review reflects the overall experience of staying at the place. The surrounding area is a little trashy. The Regal Oaks isn't really regal. The neighbors spend their afternoons fixing cars and smoking cigarettes on their stoops. They are perfectly nice but i hate cigarettes. When you walk around you notice everyone has reinforced door locks(I felt safe until i noticed that even though i have no reason to think these extra locks were needed ). And there is trash strewn around from the raccoons at night, one of which made it to the pool so the water slide was closed down to be cleaned and shocked. The pool water is a little murky looking and both my son and I developed a slight rash while we were there that disappeared after a week so it wasn't serious. We aren't sure if it was the pool or a sensitivity to detergent. The great perk is that it's really close to Disney and you can walk to "Old Town", which is also trashy but fun. There is a decent pizza place there too! If you aren't on air bnb and want to stay here, you can go directly through Regal Oaks and find different rentals there through them and don't have to worry about the air bnb process. It's perfect for older families(my father in law loved it) or young adults who want to be near Disney, a resort and in walking distance to some bars.

The park is mostly mobile homes, but let me tell you, never ever have we seen a mobile home park as prestige as this! Most of the trailers are very old, but they are very, very nice and collectible and taken care of Amazing! Truly this RV park should be in a magazine! Instead of a car show they should have an antique mobile home show! Everyone of the people that live there take pride in their homes! Everyone's so nice, lots of dog walking and friendly waves! We will not hesitate to book here again when visiting Sebring! We had a lot of fun in the last three days visiting the Hammond state park and taking the tram tour , eating at all the yummy restaurants, going to the Secret Gardens winery tasting, walking the Historic Circle in the Sebring Town! Just a lot of fun!

The park is located on Lake Josephine, and if you like to fish our go boating everything you need is here including a fish cleaning space. You can also invest in a dock if ones available, or store your boat for a reasonable rate. The sunsets over the lake can be part of your daily routine and some nights they are spectacular. The residents here are always friendly, and smiling, and enjoying getting together for the many activities that are offered. Tennis, pickleball, bocce, horseshoes, putt putt, shuffleboard, various crafts and games. Tai chi, Walk walk, Line dancing classes, water aerobics, and many more. Lunch is served in season at the Cafe on the lake. Excellent choices at a reasonable price, and with the gentle breezes off the lake, and wild life in full view a delightful place relax or socialize. The office staff is friendly and accommodating especially, Brittney. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. The manager is easy to talk to and available if you need information regarding the park. This park is a hidden treasure in central south Florida.

They chose to fix it their self they did not send out a company or call about any underground electrical lines or anything took them two days to fix but in the meantime when they were digging up the sewer line they cut my electrical line in half said they fixed and at the time we still had power . well about a month later we lose power to half our mobile home I called Duke energy which is our electrical company they tell us it is where they cut the line and they need to be responsible for fixing it so they send a person back out that did the plumbing which is a worker which he was very nice but he says it is fixed up to code and that is not our problem . We paid for an electrical company to come out who is licensed got it in writing that the electrical line going under the ground which was cut is the problem and needs to be replaced and they do not want to take responsibility they are the ones who cut it and this is became ridiculous they will not take responsibility for anything I would not rent or buy anything in this community
