Went there today to but a license plate for a vehicle I had just purchased, and now there is no lineup like there used to be, but was told to register and sit in the waiting room where people had been waiting for better than 20 minutes just to talk to someone. In my opinion, this location has reached bottom and has started to dig.

I had surgery this past week at a local hospital. I was driven to my appointment by an Uber driver…read morewho dropped me off at the main entrance to the hospital. When I checked-in with the surgical department they asked me whether or not I had a ride home. I said, "Yes", my daughter would be booking me an Uber. The Charge Nurse and other medical staff told me I would not be allowed to take an Uber or Cab after the surgery because it was hospital policy. That if I could not find someone to personally pick me up and take me directly to my home then my surgery for that day would need to be cancelled. I have never heard of this type of hospital policy before. The nursing staff kept checking back with me about every 10 mins to see if I had a family member or other person to pick me up. I called my daughter who happened to be out of town and, also contacted another close friend and explained the situation. They contacted me back and told me that "DRIVING MISS DAISY" would be picking me up. I literally started laughing uncontrollably 'cause I thought my daughter was joking, BUT she wasn't. I informed the Charge Nurse and the nursing staff at the hospital that "DRIVING MISS DAISY" would be picking me up after surgery. WELL, I absolutely loved the movie "Driving Miss Daisy" and boy was I in for an amazing surprise! My personal driver's name was #Shaughn Killeen. He was right there waiting outside to pick me up right after the hospital discharged me. The trip home was incredible. Shaughn was extremely accommodating, asked if I was okay and if I needed anything to just let him know. He is a great conversationalist and very easy to talk to. We talked and laughed the entire trip back home. Shaughn is very professional and experienced. He is kind, and compassionate which goes a long way especially after having surgery. When I was dropped off at home he waited to ensure I got in okay, then left. This is a company I would 100% use their services for again. I got a fellow by the name of Sean (sp?) whose territory is NE Calgary and some of the SE. This guy was unbelievably great, he was as accommodating as possible on short notice, knows the city well, experienced in post-op pickups, sympathetic and friendly. Cheaper than cabs and willing to go above and beyond to help. Until I am able to drive again, I won't hesitate to call him again

I miscalculated and while the driver did attempt to message me several times with all the noise at the airport I didn't see the message. Upon finally making it to the pick up point, no taxi. I called Blue Line and the dispatcher remembered my name and once I explained he patched me through to our driver. He was very pleasant and arrived to pick us up. I cannot thank Blueline enough for the courteous and friendly service there and back.

The worst rental car experience I have ever had…read more We were scheduled to pick up two standard SUVs at 6pm after we arrived from our flight. Our flight was slightly delayed and so we did not end up making it over to the rental car counter until about 7pm. Once we made it to the counter, the lady estimated that it would be a twenty minute wait. We waited about 40 minutes and then went up and spoke to her because we started to talk to the people around us who were saying they had also been waiting over an hour on a car. When we talked to the lady at the desk she told us that someone had to go over to the other location to pick up our cars and that they were on the way. Another twenty minutes go by and we wait. We ask her again and she then says that she is unsure if we will be able to get our size of car that we reserved. She asks if we can accept another car. Unfortunately, even with the standard SUVs, it will be a tight squeeze, so we cannot switch. Also, she told us previously that the car was on the way? So this must have been a lie. In addition to the initial lie she told us that it would be 20 minutes until our car arrived (since everyone around us waited at least an hour and a half). Another 25 minutes go by. By this point, everyone in our group is cursing Enterprise's name and saying we will never rent from them again. We ask to talk to a manager. And magic! Somehow, five minutes later, when we go back to the back, the manager has gotten our cars ready and is waving our keys because he knows that he was about to deal with some very angry customers. I would also like to note that when we went to the back, there was a big tray of sushi and about 5 people sitting around, not working. Very confusing because the manager, when explaining why things took so long, told us that they were low staffed. But it just looks like the staff were too busy eating sushi to do their jobs, and the manager was fine with us waiting an hour and a half while he had plenty of staff sitting around. Avoid this location at all costs.

They're conveniently located at the international Airport, which was great for customers traveling with luggage. The staff that assisted us with the vehicle were very professional, but we were a little surprised that our vehicle had some damage upon our pickup. So of course we took photos and videos, so we won't have any issues upon us returning the vehicle in a few days. I've rented cars on multiple occasions during our travels, and this was the first time in the last 10yrs that I never received a receipt after I returned the vehicle. It's now been 10 days since we returned the vehicle on June 1st, and we are still waiting for our receipt to be emailed to us. Our overall experience was good, and we were eventually charged correctly based on our reservations. I'm not sure if this enterprise location is just super busy or if they're under staffed, but we've definitely had better customer service with other companies.
