Four people were behind the counter laughing or walking aimlessly in front of me while I waited patiently for assistance. Instead, one cashier helped a lady in front of me and I continue to wait, hoping somebody would have good customer service. I spoke up and had to say "can someone help me, there's four of you and two of us" to which I got dirty glares, turned backs and no response. The man walked up to help me checkout and when I asked a question, none of them answers. Hate to see people, but you're at work. This isn't a party. Then the front desk cashier did the same stuff. I went on to browse/peruse the wares and brochures....I picked out organic lavender soap made entirely of essential oils and lavender buds. I also picked out a soap sack made of soft fibers. The soap worked really well, my skin is moisturized much better than regular soap and the soap sack feels better than those plastic loofahs I was using. I went back a few weeks later to get more of the vinegar and ginger energy drink, more soap and I got a potato & cranberry doggie treat for my mom's dog. The treat was a big hit! The dog did not put it down until it was gone and it left her with sweet cranberry and clove breath. I will definitely be a regular here!

I initially booked an appointment here for extension consultation after following them on social media back in 2022 when Alex did my hair and Kayla did my makeup for a wedding I was standing up in and they blew me away! I wasn't the bride but could have been with the care and precision with which they executed my look for the day. After that wedding I began following them both and their business page and when Alex posted looking for clients wanting to try vivid colors paired with extensions I jumped on it. That was August 2024 and I haven't looked back since! She initially did an amazing sunset themed color using custom dyed Envie hand tied weft extensions that had me getting compliments everywhere I went! Since then she has somehow managed to outdo herself with every change in color! These extensions are the real deal. They move with you instead of you having to move around them. They make wearing your hair up a realistic possibility which can be difficult with extensions. I'm now on my second set of 24" extensions and it is the one luxury that I keep indulging in! This time she took me back to my roots with a deep brown/black base with intermixed calico-inspired extensions (blonde/auburn). To say I feel like a goddess every time I walk out of there is an understatement. Pricing is fair and you're always given a realistic timeline for appointments. Alex is so easy to chat with throughout my appointment and Kayla (boss lady) and the rest of the gals are always so welcoming and sweet! This is a small business that I would recommend time and time again to anyone who asks. I only wish I could have transported them to Mexico for my best friend's wedding because they are that good!

This company has been a large hassle to get a simple inquiry answered, helping brides get their special day planned especially when the wedding in within a year, seems to be far from a priority of there's. Which is unfortunate for a company in the industry.
