The people at the front desk are great. However, the vet, not so much. My dog is in a lot of pain and seems like vet could care less. I told her my dog is whimpering and I've been here for over and hour and half with no results. She goes, "Mmm-hmm." Then she proceeds to step out shut the door. I will never visit this Vet center again. I took my dog in at around 10 pm because he got one of his front dew claws caught on a piece of carpet and ripped it. He was bleeding everywhere so we came here because it was close. It is $85 for the initial exam and they quoted me around $300 to get him sedated and clip the dew claw off entirely so it could grow back healed. I agreed to this and the procedure took about an hour so I waited. Upon getting my dog back, he whined the whole way home when I held him and when we got home about 5-10 minutes later I tried to make him comfortable and situated for bed. Where I was upset was that about 5 minutes after we got home my dog lost all bowel movement and nerve control. He had a diarrhea accident all over my brand new white down comforter and I immediately took him back to the clinic. I was told he was having a rare reaction to the anesthetic they had given him. His eyes were glazed over and he couldn't even keep his tongue in his mouth. Needless to say, I requested a copy of what they had given him and high tailed it the hell out of there after I went completely berserk on the staff. We watched him closely all night and the medication wore it's way off and he was safe and normal again but I was definitely scarred for life. My baby has been under general anesthesia before and has had no complications so I am convinced they gave him too much sedative and that I find reckless and negligent. I will never again take my dogs here or recommend such a place. read more

This place is a terrible waste of time and money. These vets have no idea what they are doing. I took my dog in last night with symptoms of dehydration and vomiting. These vets wanted me to spend 600 dollars running tests to find out what is wrong. After I refused the tests I was given whole "your dog will probably die senario" I signed him out and was quoted close to 300 dollars for their "services". I go to pay at the front desk and the vet calls the clerk into the back and he comes out and charges me $50 dollars more for something they "forgot" to charge me. All and all the vet was butt hurt that I didn't take his advice and for good reason. I took my dog to my normal vet the next morning. It turns out that he just had a virus and needed some antibiotics. The vets at this Midvale facility are great at practicing veterinary medicine but really have no idea and will clean out your bank account while giving you no real solutions. Watch out! read more

This is a sad tale. i saw a review for this place recently that said they only wanted your money. i can't seem to find the review anymore- weird. last wednesday i noticed my kitty had really gotten thin. he's usually about 23lbs and so puffy with fur so it took a while to notice, i guess. we took him to another vet that friday. they told us they had to take bloodwork and it wouldn't be in until monday- it was a hard weekend to wait out. the next day (saturday) my husband said we couldn't wait until the bloodwork acme back. he was so bad and couldn't walk. we took kitty in to the utah vet center. to sum this up quickly, dr. neal was so compassionate, knowledgeable, and good. he said even though we were waiting on bloodwork, we couldn't wait. they could do it and get it back in 30 min. he said the first vet should probably have known we couldn't wait until monday, but here we are. kitty had to stay in the hospital that night and probably for the next 3 nights to get him through the woods. we went to visit kitty on saturday night to make sure he was ok. the facility was so nice. clean, comfortable, respectful. we were allowed to hang with our little buddy and open his crate. we got a call at 4am sunday 9/24 that he'd passed away. it was obvious the staff was concerned and saddened. we all had hoped he would pull through. 11 years with my friend, but i'm so grateful his last hours were spent in a nice place. it is 24 hours and you get what you pay for. it's NOT cheap by any means...but family deserves the best and thank you, dr. neal for taking care of us the best you could. read more

Heather Bueno If I could give them zero stars, I would. This Emergency hospital and their staff does not care about your animals, they only care about how much money they can get out of you. My in-laws brought their dog in on Friday, July 1st with vomiting and lethargy. After running blood work and finding nothing abnormal other than he was dehydrated, they recommended that they put him down. There was no reason to put him down. Now I know as well as anyone should know, that if an animal or person is dehydrated, because its freaking hot outside, that you start them on IV fluids. They did nothing of the sort. They wanted to charge over 800 dollars to do an x-ray to see if there was a blockage instead of trying to treat the dehydration. He's a 13 year old poodle with a lot of life left and they still suggested they put him down.Thankfully, my in laws told them no and brought him home and started him on Pedialyte and other fluids to see if that would help, gave him cool baths and brought his temperature down. By Monday, July 3rd, little buddy was feeling much better and acting more like himself, no thanks to the staff at this hospital. They don't care about your animals, they care about how much money they can gouge you for. If you love your animals, then please, if it doesn't feel right, no matter what they are telling you, go with your gut instinct. I'm so grateful that they did, because otherwise, he wouldn't be alive today. read more

Dr Whitney White and amazing support staff saved our precious dog's life last week! she was struggling to breath with kennel cough and heart failure and they immediately took her back to give her oxygen. They frequently checked on me with updates, thoroughly explained the x-rays and treatment. Dr. White was so compassionate and thorough. we didn't think our dog was going to make it through the night, but she rallied and was back to her normal self within 3 days! I am forever grateful to the doctors and support team at Utah Veterinary Clinic for saving my cats life life. Initially they gave Max only a 20% chance of survival! MIRACLE CAT! We arrived at the UVC on Tuesday morning with a ruptured bladder. Dr Scherk worked on Max for hours to get him stabilized, and the next afternoon Dr Boekhout performed surgery to repair the bladder and do a perineal urethrostomy. The support staff were with him all night every night. I was allowed to visit him every day, which I'm sure was very comforting to him. I called multiple times every night to get updates and status reports. Brandy (tech) was so kind, patient and caring...both to Max and to me. I recommend UVC very highly. Yes, it was expensive, but worth every penny! Thank you all!!! read more

This place smells like money. Our 6mo old puppy was hit by a car last week. We had the puppy plan at Petsmart so naturally we turned to them but they said they were too busy with their scheduled appointments. :( Not knowing where to turn, we ended up at Utah Veterinary Clinic. I had to give them $1,100 before I left her there. My friends said get a second oppinion. So we did....but not before UVC got nearly $1,500 bucks out of us!!! One night stay,bloodwork,ultrasound,xrays,fluids...they said surgery was necessary/mandatory and the price would be nearly $6,500. I went with my gut and transferred her to a different place the next day where I had to spend an extra $300 to RETAKE the xrays because UVCs werent good enough. The new place determined surgery was not necessary. 3 nights stay, xrays, fluids and excellent care didnt cost 2/3 of what one night cost at the first place. She is home and recovering well. If I would have left her there, we would have had to put her down and that really pisses me off!!! read more

We referred to this office by our regular vet when our Brittany spaniel mix ripped out a toenail on his back paw late at night. We loaded up our bleeding dog and his pitbull brother, who was upset about being left alone, and made the drive from Highland to Midvale. I had called before we left so they knew who we were when we arrived. They got our paperwork and took us to a room so our over excited dogs could settle down. Everyone there made sure to acknowledge both dogs, not just the one that was hurt. The tech that took care of our injured dog was super friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed up our dog pretty quickly and even offered something to keep him from chewing his bandage. When I got to the counter to pay, they were changing the till for the day so I got to visit with a couple of the techs working that shift. When I was told how much it cost I was shocked, in a good way. It was only $60 to get my dog's nail bed cleaned, medicine put on, his nails trimmed and his paw bandaged. My husband and I both expected it to cost a lot more. The price and the friendly staff made what could have been a very stressful night much easier. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I took my epileptic Golden Retriever in after he had a really bad seizure. 24 hours after the seizure he was throwing up almost every 20 minutes, wouldn't eat or drink, etc. Our main concern and reason for brining him in was because he takes 12 anti-seizure pills a day, and being that he was constantly throwing up he wasn't keeping any of his pills down. We were worried he was going to go into another seizure. Dr. Schiffer is the one that saw us and she was awful! Here we are, worried about our dog (like anyone would be in our situation) and the first thing she says to us when she walks in is "so why exactly are you here if he's just throwing up?"... Let me also point out the RUDE and condescending tone in which she said that. She treated us like we were a complete waste of her time from the get-go, before even examining the dog. She couldn't have cared less. He wasn't JUST throwing up.... He's an epileptic dog who at his point had gone over 24 hours without his anti-seizure pills because he couldn't keep any food or water down. After spending about 5 seconds PRETENDING to care about our sick dog, completely ignoring all our concerns and questions, she tried to prescribe our dog an anti-nausea medication via IV. The medicine she suggested CAUSES SEIZURES and CANNOT be used on epileptic dogs! It directly counteracts the anti-seizure medications he takes. It's a good thing we pay attention to what kind of medications our dog can and cannot take! If we wouldn't have noticed what kind of anti-nausea medicine she was trying to prescribe, it could have killed him. At the least it would have given him several seizures. Not to mention she was quoting $1,200 for this medicine + watching him overnight. This woman is supposed to be a DOCTOR! She could have likely killed our dog and robbed us $1,200 as well!!! We've spent over $7k+ in 8 months on our dogs health so money is not the issue. The issue was her lack of concern, empathy, consideration, and basic KNOWLEDGE. If you HAVE to go to this clinic, I pray you don't, DO NOT see Dr. Schiffer! She's so incompetent it's scary!!! read more

We have a senior diabetic dog. She's never had a seizure before but yesterday she suffered her first. Blue Pearl is the closest emergency vet to my house so we brought her there. The vet finally comes in and says it wasn't diabetic related she has a significant heart murmur and brain lesion. They kept referring to the estimate even though we told her it had nothing to do with money. She told us it would be $1900 for tests or it was time to discuss quality of life. Having had it with the rudeness of every individual there and the unprofessionalism we inquired if she was stable enough to move her to her normal vet. She was. We were prepared for the worst (not wanting her to die in that awful place we drove her to our vet). Come to find out. NO HEART MURMER , NO BRAIN LESION. Just a diabetic seizure she was there for 24 hours and charges us under $500(not that money was our concern)every part of our experience was unprofessional and concerning they were answering there phone with pricing rather than concern. Between the misdiagnosis and there focus on money I would never recommend coming here you deserve better treatment and so does your pet. If I could give zero stars I would. Ps our dog is home with us tonight safe happy and sprightly. Those people would have us kill her. Her day may be coming soon but it wasn't yesterday. read more

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I was lied to about expenses. I was "doom and gloom" scared into signing a form. I was told it was necessary for them to be able to take care of my pup if he started to go downhill fast, but only if that happened, and that it would cap at $500. That never happened, he never went down after initial treatment. He was perking up and had better well being within 30 minutes of being there (the tech even told me so). I had been texting a vet friend through the process. Once the tech confirmed what it was, my vet friend (who is not in close proximity to me, or I would have seen them), told me necessary steps of what to do going forward. The tech came in with an $1800 bill saying they wanted to do X-rays and keep him overnight. I refused service. Thanked them for checking him... here's the worst part, they LITERALLY held me and my dog hostage for the next two hours. I refused the additional services countless times. Dr Perez was rude and demeaning. She kept telling me she didn't think my dog would survive if I left and she wouldn't let me leave unless she talked to the vet I was texting. I kept trying to leave, they wouldn't get my dog. They kept making me wait for the dr to come back in, who had terrible manor every single time. They charged me a few dollars shy of $500. I pointed at several things on the bill I refused to pay for because it was all things done after I had refused additional services. She receptionist cocked her head and told me I had no choice because I had signed a paper that said they could charge me up to $500! The tech had explicitly explained that form as only if he went downhill and only if the initial treatment wasn't helping (which again, she had already told me was working). I realize it's 24/7 and they are more expensive, but I had gone to a regular vet that was going to close in 45 minutes, and they didn't want to take the time to check, they just referred me to Blue Pearl. I wish I would have checked their google reviews before going. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY PET LIFE! I've taken pets to emergency clinics before where I used to live, I know they are more expensive. But this was a joke. They charged me $500 for caro syrup! I just hope this review will save other people from going here. These guys don't care about your pet, they care about padding their wallet. If you're gonna spend this much, go to a hospital that cares about you and your pet. And if you're forced to go here, request anyone other than Dr Perez. She's demeaning, no sympathy, and pushy. read more

Had probably the most un feeling dr ever at the midvale, ut blue pearl. Dr. Deborah Schiffer, was as close to unfeeling and non caring that I have ever experienced. Brought dog in with mastitis, and once dr. realized our golden doodle had puppies, she treated us like crap on the floor. kept saying. your breeding days are over, and your nursing days are over. it could not have been more transparent. she then said our dog needed some medical procedure but was so fast that we didn't understand and left quickly, mean while our dog is in pain on the floor. no water was offered. never seen a doctor so cold and uncaring. if you have a choice, do not have this dr. help you. we then get ready to leave and she comes out and says in a guilt trip voice," you need to have this other procedure done. $77.00 later and 45 mins at 2 am. this was not communicated very well. Now I see why this dr. is a vet and not a doctor to people. read more

I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. And lack of compassion, they have none. I will never use their services again and will be sure as many people as I can possibly touch will know about my experience. I took my very sick dog of 10 years to several vets where she had countless tests ran. I thought I would take her to one last vet for another opinion. He told me she needed to see a specialist. He did not treat her, he did not prescribe any medications. I made an appointment with a specialist at Utah Veterinary Hospital in Midvale. My appointment was at 10:15. I arrived at 10:05. I was taken back to the patient room around 10:45. I did not see the doctor until 2:30. I sat for two of the 4 hours before they even checked on me. I had all of my dogs records sent to them previously with the exception of that last visit where she was not treated. It took them 2 hours to tell me that they were waiting on that last visit records. All the while I had to use the restroom and my dog had no water. When it was all done it took them about 20 min to tell me she is dying of cancer and another 40 to fill a prescription. It gets better. I need a refill on the script a week later. I called and was told I had to wait until the doctor was in the office to refill. That's once a week. So I left a message on Monday for the pharmacy to call in the script. The hospital called back at 5:40pm the next day only to tell me the pharmacy doesn't carry it. So I call the next day to have them call it into another pharmacy and to please call me back if that pharmacy also doesn't carry it. They did not. So I go to refill it only to be told it wasn't called in. Yet I had not received a call from the hospital. Mind you they had previously called me so I know they have my number. I call them and ask that they call it in, PLEASE and to call me back either way so I know what is happening. I wait for another 30 min. No call! So I call them again. They say they called me and mysteriously they have the wrong number. I actually plead for help and compassion at this point. They tell me to try Costco. I call to see if Costco has it and they do. Wonderful! I call them back to tell them yes, the Costco just down the way has it. They ask me for the phone and fax which of course I do not have. Instead of trying to help me locate that information that I'm sure they call into daily they wait for me to try to find it. And when I can't right off I tell them I'll have to call them back after I call and obtain the numbers. Without hesitation they gladly say ok instead of trying to help me find the number as they sit in front of a computer. I paid them a total of $700.00 dollars between the ultrasound I had done a couple months prior(oh yeah they already had that information but still needed a vets report who didn't even treat my dog before allowing me to see the doctor) and they couldn't give me the courtesy of compassion and acceptable customer service. I will NEVER go back and will share my story with everyone I come in contact with. read more

Awful experience! We had to take our 16 yr old cat in on Xmas day. (For about the last yr she had been walking like she was drunk & our regular vet said she had probably bruised her spine. She was acting normally otherwise & eating/drinking fine, used litterbox fine, so unless it got worse, leave her be.) We got up Xmas day & she couldn't use her back legs at all. Being as it was a holiday, our vet was not open so we took her to this place & on the way, discussed that due to her age & seriousness of an obvious spine problem to have her put to sleep. When we got there, we were asked if we wanted her examined & we said no, we just want her put to sleep & explained the last yr/our regular vet exam of her. When we got home, I was looking over the bill & they had charged something like $85 for an exam we never asked for. We were in there the entire time w/kitty & no exam was done. I called about it the next day & was 1st told that it would be taken off, then was told she would have to talk to the office manager about it & call me back. Turns out their idiotic policy is to charge for an exam regardless. So why ask if we wanted her examined??!! I've never heard of a place doing this. They should tell people up front that there will be an exam fee. I will never take any of my animals here--all they care about is ripping people off when they're in the middle of a difficult time. I've used this hospital twice. Once when our family dog got hit by a truck. He had massive trauma and we were afraid he wasn't going to live. That was several years ago. This dog is alive and doing quite well. And two days ago, when my dog had a seizure at night. Different dog from the first. In both circumstances, UVC was there to help us. They were professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and warm. The staff at this hospital are aware that they are expensive, so they address cost from the very beginning. They offer low to high estimates based on the range of services that may be necessary. With each decision about services, they refigure the estimated cost and present that to the customer. In the case with both dogs, we were able to make informed decisions about the services we wanted. Essentially, we used the hospital for stabilization, and then went back to our regular vets when the dogs were out of danger and could be stepped down into a lower level of care. THIS IS A PET HOSPITAL. This is not a regular vet. You pay hospital prices like you would with a human ER. I recommend them highly. They offer some sort of credit program. This is by far the worst clinic I have ever been to. The vet was decent but the clinic, pricing and employees are horrid. Long story short, I have lost two dogs of the same breed to congestive heart failure this year. The first cost about $250 for all the labs, x-rays and euthanasia through our primary vet. I took the second dog into this clinic last month because she started to display bad symptoms. The exam was nearly $100... then the x-rays were about $300. Exam, x-rays, labs, some tests, euthanasia and cremation cost nearly $1,000. My pet is worth the money, absolutely. Knowing what it really costs is frustrating. What really made this visit horrible was the way my dog and family were treated. When they took her back for a 10 minute x-ray, they kept her away from us for over an hour of her last moments alive... why? Because they want you to sign all the paperwork and agree to more tests before you can see your dying best friend. After signing the papers and demanding they bring my dog back, 3 times, they finally allowed us the courtesy of spending time with our dying dog. Nearly 3 hours into the visit, they suggested euthanasia. We agreed, and they again took our dog away from us in her last moments to place an IV, which for some reason we are not allowed to be present for.. I have had to euthanize quite a few pets in my life, never needed an IV, especially not one I wasn't able to be present for. 30 minutes later they brought her back, and put her to sleep in our arms. They gave us time alone to grieve, and then instructed that we leave her body alone in the room and just leave. The level of disrespect shown for my pet and family was outrageous. When we voiced our concerns about the pricing and treatment, the technician responded in a disgusting tone "you could have chosen to leave." And do what? Hope my dog dies peacefully in your parking lot? Clearly that's not an option. I don't expect they change the price when I complain because I am grieving and upset, but some compassion and a simple "I'm sorry for your loss, I understand but I can't change the pricing." Would have been more than enough. Heck, I'd even be happy had she not said a word and ignored me. Long story short, if you want to be extremely over charged, ignored, disrespected and separated from your dying best friend...this is the place for you. If you want your pet to be treated with kindness and dignity, to pay fair prices, be treated with respect and compassion and not receive your pet's remains IN A BAG, find another place. Don't get me wrong, I will pay whatever it takes to make sure my pet doesn't suffer, and I clearly did. But I'd expect to not be treated like this whether I pay $100 or $10000. read more

After reading mixed reviews, I took my vet's advice and got a surgical consult for a tumor on my cat's neck. I'm glad I did, and can report that after an initial odd phone call where the consult fee was emphasized and I had to explain I was more interested in the experience of the surgeon (which information I ultimately did get), all of my interactions with the staff and surgeon were extremely positive. I am a physician, and we are notoriously bad patients. Dr. Becker answered my numerous questions patiently and even seemed to enjoy discussing the scientific aspects of my cat's case with me, and most important of all, what he said in terms of the steps involved in the work up and treatment of my cat's tumor made sense, both medically and in terms of cost effectiveness. So far my cat is doing very well with less side effects than expected after the surgery. Yes, veterinary surgery including a CT scan is not cheap, and there is obviously mark up on more routine tests to help support the facility. For elective surgeries, my only suggestion to others would be to obtain routine preoperative blood work and urinalysis at your regular vet's office, to save a little money. I think it is perfectly reasonable for a surgeon to want imaging studies (X rays, CT scans etc.) done at their facility, so they can review quality images before surgery. read more

Our first experience with UVC came when our golden retriever unexpectedly and suddenly developed what appeared to be a serious eye injury. Her eye was swollen and bulging from the socket so badly it appeared she had been hit by a car, even though I knew that was not possible. She developed severe respiratory problems, and I took her in to UVC at about midnight. Dr. Neal immediately came to our aid, and treated her immediate symptoms to reduce the swelling and relieve the pain. The clinics veterinarians then began the painstaking task of diagnosing her problem. Ultimately, Dr. Rawley, a veterinarian ophthalmologist, determined that a foreign body (probably something she had chewed) had worked its way through her upper gum and jaw, and into the cavity behind the eye. I can't imagine any veterinarian being able to figure that out based on the symptoms, but they lanced her gums to drain the infection, treated her with antibiotics, and she is healthy and symptom-free. I have no doubt we would have lost her that first night had it not been for the availability of this facility in the middle of the night, and the training and experience of the staff who were able to stave off her symptoms and diagnose the underlying cause. The Salt Lake Valley has a desperate need for critical, after-hours veterinarian care, and UVC fills that role with distinction. The clinic is new, is staffed by well-trained doctors, and has the newest technology available. I've seen reviews indicating they are only concerned about making money. That is far from the truth. They are dedicated doctors and animal lovers, who deal only with the most critical and time-sensitive of issues. No medical treatment is cheap, and veterinarian care is almost never covered by insurance, which can cause sticker shock. But if a pet you love is in serious need of immediate medical care, you'll be glad these folks are around. read more

This veterinary center is one of the best in Utah. I'm so glad to have had a referral to this center. My mini doxie needed back surgery for a herniated disc. Dr. Will Becker not only is a great, technical surgeon but his bedside manner went a long way. Other vets in SLC should take notes about how to speak to their customers from this center. From the doctor, to the techs to the front desk staff were all courteous and pleasant to deal with. My dog had the best care and followup anyone could ask for. I can safely say I'm an expert here in dealing with vets and dog care as I have gone through this before with Cottonwood Animal Hospital. The surgeon, Dr. Bagley was excellent but the staff did not impress me nor was the followup anywhere near the type of care I received from Utah Veterinary. I've gone to many vets over the last 10 years here in Utah. They have a long way to go in terms of bedside manner, customer service, offering holistic care integrated with traditional treatments. This is the first time since I moved here from California that I feel a vet is really paying attention, geniunely cares and loves what he is doing. I highly recommend this center with is courteous staff and excellent treatment and care. Thank you Dr. Becker and thank you Dr. Lynette S from East Valley Vet in making the referral. We've brought our dogs here several times since 2012. They had a great veterinarian back in 2012 but he has left since then. We went back because of our great experience with the previous vet but the current ER vets they have are condescending and come across as uncaring and rude. The assistants are great but they're not the ones treating and charging for care. We brought our dog in for a sudden, tennis-ball sized swelling just behind her left foreleg four weeks ago and Dr. Caplis said she'd probably pulled a muscle in her shoulder. A pulled muscle in her shoulder caused extreme swelling in her armpit? We pointed out that she had an oozing cyst just behind the swelling but he said it was unrelated. He prescribed an analgesic and anti-inflammatory. For the vet visit and the meds, we paid nearly $200. He said he could do blood tests and X-rays for around $500-600 more and then MAYBE he'd know exactly what was wrong. So we left. Her wound has only been getting larger and worse although the swelling is gone. We went to West Lake Animal Clinic today and immediately upon seeing the cyst and hearing about the swelling, their vet realized it was probably a cancerous tumor. He said that once it starts swelling like that, things get very serious, very quickly. He charged $570 to remove the cancer, do a fluid aspiration and microscopic exam of the tissue and also send out blood tests to a pathologist. All of that for what Blue Pearl wanted to charge just for blood tests and an X-ray! I wish we had gone to West Lake first so we would've discovered the cancer earlier. We will never go back to Blue Pearl, again! read more

It's incredible how terrible this place is. My 18-year-old cat had a stroke, and because it happened at night, this disgrace of a "hospital" was the only place I could take her. First, they took forever before seeing her -- despite the fact that there were seven open exam rooms and an empty waiting room. Once one of their so called vets showed up, the vet was completely dismissive of everything I was saying about my cat's symptoms. The so called vet insisted that my cat had an infectious brain disease -- despite being told that my cat is an only pet and an indoor pet at that. After we covered the fact that my cat is indoors and not around other animals FIVE TIMES during my cat's critical period, she then insisted that my kitty had brain cancer -- despite the fact that her symptoms came on suddenly. However, she went on to contradict this diagnosis by taking blood from my cat's neck. Everybody ESPECIALLY VETS should know that cats experience severe neck pain when suffering from brain cancer, so either a) the vet knew that my cat had a stroke and was money hungry because she wanted to do an MRI (with anesthesia -- which is known to kill older pets) or b) the vet should not have a license. As I left with my cat, the so called vet said that if my cat improves even slightly, then it was a stroke and not to expect any major improvements for 6 months to a year. Well, five days later, my cat is already walking again no thanks to those morons. Not to mention, the place was pretty filthy. I only hope that my cat doesn't catch something from it. read more
