Furthermore, if one checks the service area as defined by this company, one can easily see that Marietta is smack dab in the middle of his service area (see map of his service area with my location circled in red). Mister, if you don't want my business, suits me - there are many more irrigation repair companies to choose from. But don't insult me with a phony reason why. A plumber who shall remain nameless came and made the repair. He also in the course of the repair busted up the sprinkler system! To say I was unhappy, is a major understatement. I found his work…read moregreat in the past.. recently we were out of town and I called his wife Vera to ask she send a crew to my home to find a water leak down below on my lawn..I was told they fixed a sprinkler head and could not find a water leak below. I returned to Georgia and found the lower grass area soaked with water. Since Joes crew was out I called Cherokee Water and they sent out a crew.. the leak was discovered it was near the main water line on my property. I called a PLUMBER out who found a sprinkler head STILL leaking water with the valve opened. Joe stood by his failed crew who missed ths leak.. sorry Joe they failed and it cost me a lot more money with a plumber to have a sprinkler head fixed properly that your crew should have done right the first time !
