Furthermore, if one checks the service area as defined by this company, one can easily see that Marietta is smack dab in the middle of his service area (see map of his service area with my location circled in red). I returned to Georgia and found the lower grass area soaked with water. Since Joes crew was out I called Cherokee Water and they sent out a crew.. the leak was discovered it was near the main water line on my property. I called a PLUMBER out who found a sprinkler head STILL leaking water with the valve opened. Joe stood by his failed crew who missed ths leak.. sorry Joe they failed and it cost me a lot more money with a plumber to have a sprinkler head fixed properly that your crew should have done right the first time ! They charge $155 for the first hour which includes the trip charge and then $120 per hour for 2 guys thereafter, prorated for the actual time. They inspected and adjusted our whole system, replaced 5 sprinkler heads, relocated and replaced three other sprinkler heads, replaced one of the electronic valves, identified I must have a broken pipe, found the location and repaired it. all in 2 1/2 hours. And they were able to get out right away.
