Supreme Water Filtration - Dual tank dual valve system

I am so happy with my upgraded water softener and filtration system!!…read more Joseph was very responsive throughout the entire process and took the time to answer a lot of detailed questions before I made my decision about the equipment, long-term maintenance, warranty coverage, and service costs clearly. Brandon and Tyler handled the installation and were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my home. They worked quickly, kept the area organized, and left the installation looking clean and sleek. There was a plumbing issue during installation involving the inlet/outlet configuration corrected it immediately. They also noticed that my existing water-softener drain line was smaller than what they preferred for proper regeneration. Rather than ignoring it, they brought it to my attention and Joseph agreed to upgrade the drain line so the new system could operate properly long term. I really appreciated that they identified the potential issue before it became a problem later. The difference in my water was immediate. I took my first shower after installation and it was incredibly soft and silky -- noticeably better than the Whirlpool system I had for 7 years since it can soften and filter for chlorine and other contaminates. I also appreciate how simple the maintenance is. I only need to keep salt in the brine tank, and the system regenerates automatically. No special softener-cleaning products or complicated routine maintenance. I spent $3k for the unit and install, and this is one of the best investments to make for your home, skin, hair, and physical health. With a 5 year warranty and reasonable service fees after, I now have peace of mind after dealing with the failure of my previous unit. Thank you to Joseph, Brandon, and Tyler for a great experience. I would absolutely recommend them!!

I called supreme water filtration, and spoke with the owner Joseph, who couldn't be nicer. He also walked me through and educated me on the system and literally saved me money by not having the previous owner's company come out and negligently charge me money. Trust and integrity are huge in my book, and Joseph just reinforce that ideology. I would highly recommend anyone to deal with him and know that you are going to get a good honest vendor. Thanks Joseph for your help today!!

There were times when my water tasted or smelled less than healthy, so it was only natural to evolve into a water purification enthusiast. My wife and I conducted such extensive research on water purification systems that we practically earned honorary PhDs in the subject. After all our efforts, we confidently chose Puragain for a multitude of reasons, including the fact that it's a whole-house system that delivers clean water to every faucet. It's like having a personal hydration station at home! And then there's the RO system under the kitchen sink, which gives us bottled-quality drinking water that's better than anything you can buy in stores. Our installation was carried out by a gentleman named Eldridge Richardson. I could rave for hours about how empathetic, intelligent, and businesslike he was. Eldridge truly made the experience easy and simplified. His knowledge of the product further solidified our choice of Puragain as our purification system. Since installing the system in our home, our water is incredible, and we haven't had any issues. We even get text messages during freezes to ensure we take the proper precautions, and the communication is seamless. I trust Puragain to be there should any issues arise. I've had nothing but a solid gold experience with Puragain and would recommend them to anyone looking to install a whole-house system.

I can't say enough good things about Trident plumbing. I recently had to replace my pressure…read moreregulator valve and contacted a few plumbers to get estimates and time frames. Trident had availability when I need them and their price was fair. Vlad and his assistant (my apologies I forgot the assistant's name) were the plumbers assigned to my job; They were both professional and courteous. Vlad explained what they were going to do and got quickly to work on replacing the valve. They worked tirelessly digging up and removing the old valve. Despite the heat and humidity they were happily working together to replace the valve and even dealt with interruptions from my son who was very curious about the work taking place outside of his window. They answered his questions and didn't seem annoyed by his curiosity. Once the job was complete Vlad showed me the new valve and explained how to operate it, he also explained the invoice and asked if I had any questions. I don't know much about plumbing, but the quality of the work looked top notch. They cleaned everything up and I couldn't even tell anyone had been in my flower bed. I was really impressed. Lastly, the inspector for the city of Frisco came out to inspect the job and even commented on how clean and professional the new installation was. I highly recommend Trident plumbing and I will use them for all of my future plumbing needs. I was happy with the entire process; I didn't feel like I was being upsold or overcharged for the work. Everything was explained and the work was preformed in a professional manner. Well done!

Hello, We used Trident Plumbing out of Frisco Texas for a slab leak detection during our home…read moresale. The quality of testing was terrible and our follow up requests for support was worse. Trident detected two leaks under the house. One leak they detected was 7 feet away from the actual leak and the other was 21 feet away from where they detected. Because we used their recommendations on access points and measurements we went into the slab in the garage to fix one and tore apart one of our bathrooms to access the other. Based on the actual locations we could have gone in from the exterior of the house. Their errors cost us an extra $5,700 in plumbing cost, more than $900 in bathroom repair and alot of work and time. Each time we followed up with Trident to discuss the situation we were treated very poorly. I also sent them emails with no follow up. Thomas Bates and Brian Brunner miss handled the situation. Follow Up to Response Below: I guess I can't respond to your response below but I can edit my initial comment. 1) We hired you for a leak detection and your leak detection was completely wrong. As a licensed plumber I expected quality work as I would with any licensed professional. The very experienced licensed master plumber we hired to do the digging and repair thought he could rely on your detection as well. 2) Your price per foot to dig was much higher thus we would have had a larger outlay of cash if we went with you to do the work. Furthermore, given the quality of your work, in hindsight I am thankful we did not use you. 3) Obviously you care more about your online reviews than you do your customers because this has been going on since December with no adequate response from you and yet you respond to my Yelp comment within a couple hours.

It didn't even last a year before the heating element cracked... When I reached out, no one responded for a week, before I could get someone out to just come and access it. Upon inspection it was the heating element that had cracked. Rheem had them on back order, so Jeff's colleague, Antonio researched and found a replacement element, that was available the next day and made every effort to get our water heater repaired asap, before the weekend. Antonio is responsive, professional and helps in a timely manner. Jeff didn't respond for a week. We were without hot water for 10 days! The water heater never got to the set temperature of 129°, it would only get to 102°, which I don't feel sanitizes my dishes and clothes. Fast forward to less than 2 weeks later and the water heater stopped heating entirely again! I reached out to Jeff on Thursday (6/25) and still haven't heard a word from him. Thankfully, I have Antonio's contact info, as he actually is responsive and responds within minutes. My issue is I reported it not heating last Thursday, this go round, the part has to be ordered and they don't know how long it will be before it gets here. I call BS, as I ran a maintenance and construction company for 17yrs and I know all of the verbal jargon used by vendors to delay repairs/replacement of parts... I've heard them all... So we're on day 6 without hot water and no idea how much longer we're going to be without a hot shower, hot water to wash dishes or our clothes! So extremely frustrating! Mixed feelings about Nation's Pure…read more First got a quote for a water softening and under sink RO from Culligan for $9000. Then Nation's Pure quoted me $8000. Culligan agreed to match the price. Then the sales rep from Nation's Pure dropped the price down to $4000. So that just tells you a bit regarding how much margin is built into these systems if they can cut 50% of the price at the drop of a hat. I probably could have pushed to have it reduced even further. The 6-month service fees got to be too much too. Want to say they were $125-$150 first few years, last time I think it was as high as $265. They did provide 6 x 40 or 50 lb bags of salt, however it's cheaper for me to go to Home Depot and buy salt there instead. You can also buy 3 years worth of filters for what you will pay for just one single service call which is wild. I'm also still having issues with corrosion and sediment in our water heater, enough do that it caused a non-fixable seal to corrode on our $12K water heater, which had to be replaced but was luckily covered by a warranty. According to the plumbers, they said they see a lot of issues with water heaters going out faster from water softeners due to higher salt levels in the water. I would agree with this sentiment as our tap water is so salty that if you have the smallest cut anywhere on your body and take a shower / bath, it's like pouring salt on an open wound. First time I heard my boys scream out in pain in the shower I thought they were just exaggerating, but no, it really does hurt, especially depending on where the cut, scrape, etc is. It also seems like I have to change filters out on the RO faster than 6 months as the water develops a pretty nasty taste within the first 3-4 months and when I change out the filters they are already pretty dirty, and wouldn't have wanted to wait the 6 months to a year that some of them aren't supposed to be changed till. I am sure the bigger filters for the water softening unit are coming up on needing to be changed, but I intend to find alternatives and if necessary, pay another water filter company to swap out their system for one that doesn't rely on a salt based system. No major issues with the techs, but just feel a bit like we were sold a false bill of goods. Would have been better off putting in a RO filter system under our sink and calling it a day for a couple hundred bucks, instead of $4K plus however many service calls I paid for before discontinuing them. It also would have been nice if they'd built the aluminum housing in such a way that you could more easily read the bigger filter gages.
