The salesperson was extremely personable, which was the main reason I decided to hire them. The painting, in particular, turned out beautifully! However, a series of issues with the rest of the project led to six necessary visits. The first issue was that they showed up in my backyard without introducing themselves or notifying me that they had arrived to complete the work. Overall, there is a lack of integrity in their approach, prioritizing a quick finish over the quality of the job. The project became a prolonged and stressful ordeal, leading to unnecessary inconvenience and difficulty, and disrespect, which negatively impacted the overall quality and timeline of the project. Loosened sand and debris from the patio are expected; however, an excessive amount of sand left covering a large portion of the newly cleaned home, an overly large amount of sand in the pool and its surrounding areas each time, left me with several hours of cleaning, which was unexpected and demonstrated subpar service, and a lack of professionalism. It negated the purpose of hiring a professional. The amount paid did not align with the level of professionalism and quality we expected and received, serving as a cautionary tale for potential customers. I could not confidently recommend this company for anything but painting.

Floor Store returned to adjust carpet at the bath threshold where slanted floors left things looking odd. No excuses, no delays, no extra charges.
