Tried this place out through Uber Eats because traffic was so bad there was just no way to get to it. We ended up going back to our Air BNB and ended up finding this place and decided to try it. After putting in our order and having 3 different drivers cancel on us, we finally got one driver that stuck it out and got our food. To be fair it was some weird event happening with a lot of uh I'll say people in huge jacked up trucks with huge wheels which is why we went back to our Air BNB we felt super uncomfortable. Anyways to the food we ordered quit a bit of food so first up is the cheese and queso. I thought this was really good. The cheese had great flavor and wasn't runny or watery. It was a really good consistency with a slight kick. The chips though were good and crunchy but could have used salt. They were also a touch oily. Next up the sampler. The quesadillas were actually bomb would get again, the mozzarella sticks were fried perfectly and still cheesy, The wings were well sauced but could have used some seasoning. The sauces for everything was also good. Lastly I had this huge bacon cheese burger with a fried onion on it. The burger was seasoned well and cooked just how I wanted it. This bad boy was thick and juicy and I would 100% get this again. The fries however were terrible. All in all I'd definitely order from here again. I hope next time I can actually eat inside the restaurant and try everything fresh.

Friendly local spot in a tourist destination. Great burgers and meaty chicken wings. If you get "hot" sauce be ready. It's flavorful but it's brings significant heat. Limited sides but great pub food overall. Check it out.

What a great time we had here! We were looking for something out of the way and found it. The service, our food, and the drinks were great!

We arrived about 5:15 on Sunday. About 25-30 people in the bar. Tod was our waiter. We ordered the pretzels and nachos. We had to ask for plates. The beer cheese was terrible. The cheese tasted like cold beer it had absolutely no cheese taste. The nachos were probably the worse I've ever had. The beer was cold. We were supposed to meet 4 other couples there but we called them and told them not to come. We were so hoping Bluff's would be great as we live within walking distance and myself and my friends love to hang out. We told Tod and 2 others at the bar how unsatisfactory the food was and I told them that I do Yelp. ... good and bad. $39.39 and terrible. A photo taken of the bill.

We stopped in for a bite after shopping all day. Really hot out so we were not going to go anywhere until we saw a sign for BLUFFS ON A BILLBOARD . Found it with ease. Everybody was very polite. We got seated really fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were remotely busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was 830. Our order was taken pretty fast and we got an amazing appetizer and drinks. I've had loaded not shows before, but I've never had loaded nachos that had kidney beans please enjoy our picture. It looks good enough to eat right from the screen That's a five star meal in itself. We left satisfied. We also had a drink, (of course alcohol) but we're over age of 21. lol

Happy to check this place off our list but this is a "one and done" kind of place for us. The owners/managers don't seem to care much because there is no efforts to upkeep. Broken tables, ripped/overly worn seats. The restrooms are one person at a time so quite the wait. Upon arrival we wasn't sure if we were supposed to be seated or seat ourselves. After about 5 minutes of standing amongst other diners waiting to be seated, I went to the bar to ask an employee. She told us to seat ourselves. We ordered the nachos for an appetizer. They tasted like they came straight from the microwave. We also ordered the club sandwich with fries and 8 mild wings. The wings had a good, savory flavor. The club was your typical club. The fries were a bit too salty but cooked well. Again, I'm happy to finally have checked this place out but will not be returning.

Visited on a Friday night (10/6/23). Service was good. Music was loud but it was also music video bingo night. We were looking forward to their prime rib special but apparently they removed it from their menu. We were disappointed, but we decided to try steak fajitas instead. We are from Texas, home of Tex-Mex. DO NOT ORDER STEAK FAJITAS HERE. It does not taste good! Thinly sliced beef with no flavor for $19.99. Husband got a Mountain Margarita for $11 and it was okay. We also shared Zesty Rolls appetizers ($12.99) and they're kinda like southwestern eggrolls at Chili's. A little pricey for 3 eggrolls. We will return but definitely sticking to burger or wings next time. PSA: sit on the right side if you prefer quieter seating.

I hate to crack in to the local hot spot but this place is great! The food is fresh and- seasoned thank god. I couldn't take another tourist trap meal spot. If you get the wings or tenders get the hot chocolate sauce. (A little warning, it's spicy) Service was really quick and everyone here is really friendly.

    Heartstopper

The food here is AMAZING. Abundant portion sizes and all made fresh to order. The onion rings, burgers, and wings are each massive. Everyone was working well as a team to ensure great service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Large flatscreens make watching the game simple.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One of the best margaritas I've had in a long time.... Bartenders know their stuff, too!

We're visiting from out of state and found Bluffs on yelp and decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. The prices are average in my opinion. We had a party of 8 with 5 kids from 3-15 and they all loved it! There was plenty of room for us and even a few pool tables. The food is amazing! The flavor was unique and delicious. Eat here!

    Ask the Community - Bluffs

Does this place have tv for sports?

    Yes it does

    Is there dancing?

There can be on weekend Friday and Saturday just depends if there's a band or disco on. Phone up and ask Daniel or Angie what's happening at the weekend

    Do they allow smoking inside?

No they don't, but there's an outside patio if you must smoke.

How is the taxi service there?... we will need a ride back to our hotel if we come there next week when we are in Pigeon Forge visiting

I'm not entirely sure on how taxis are here, but Uber and Lyft are both in the area!

    Are kids welcome?

Yes! We are local and bring our children. You will find that several families bring children during the lunch/early dinner hour, especially on the weekend. Great spot, atmosphere and excellent bartenders - Daniel rocks!

How far is it from the airport in Knoxville?

If your just in overnights it's probably to far, about 30 - 45 min drive to Sevierville

I would not recommend the milkshake from the kids' menu; it wasn't made with ice cream, but rather with cream and chipped ice. Didn't taste terribly good or rich. Everything else was great. Service was good. We were in a large party, so several of our items came out wrong, but the server, James, was very courteous, laughed it off (in a good way), and had it all fixed within five minutes. I provided all my information to the host James and confirmed my time of arrival and when to be expected as we had a party of 9 and their website would not allow us to reserve or wait with any party above 8. Upon arrival 10 minutes early. We were fed some bogus misleading explanation on the difference between a reservation and wait list by the host aka Manager In Training James or Jimmy, while taking our information again. The incompetence and service of the James was horrible. Change jobs you are horrible as a host finding out hes the manager in training makes it worse. He had the kitchen manager Drew come out to speak with me and he was very understanding. James or Jimmy you are a bad manager in training. Kitchen manager Drew even recalled us making the reservation and James could not own up to the fact he didn't do his job as he said over the phone you'd take care of us. During our wait and visit after becoming verbally irrate with me and securing an actual manager. He avoided us. James or Jimmy the purple shirt, the manager in training, has by far the worst customer service. Kitchen manager Drew, great and friendly guy. Willing to listen and we're willing to wait as long as you dont lie to me like Jimmy or James will.

I had been here once before and the food was so good I had to come back. By the time I got to my hotel, I was running late for my reservation and got a call from The Appalachian checking if I was going to make my reservation. I let them know that I had just arrived at my hotel, traffic on I-81 held me up and I was going to order an Uber as soon as I was off the phone. Coming from DC, I expected an Uber would be at the hotel door steps within a few minutes, I was wrong. I was then crushed by the realization that I was wrong, I wasn't gonna make my reservation. I knew that on a week night The Appalachian's kitchen closed at 9. Ride.I called them back to let them know of the situation and expressed my desire to have their Wood Fired Lamb. The Gentleman that answered the phone simply responded "it's going on the grill now, we will see you when you get here. F-ing amazing, turned my stressful and painful day completely around. Uber'ed over, walked into an empty restaurant on a weekday where I would guess dinner customers might have been light and they held the staff for little old me. The Appalachian had just moved to the top of my list for I mean best restaurant I've ever been to in my life. Unfortunately, for them, my favorite restaurant of all time in the United States shut down when I was in my early 20's so they'll never get a chance to compete.. But they just bumped Alligator Soul in Savannah Georgia to number two still in existence in these great United States. The Appalachian is a must dine at least once in your life, top tear resistant. I had the Hanger Steak as my entree, and it was delicious. I especially loved the potato dumplings! My friend had the Kansas City Strip, cooked medium rare, with broccolini. Initially, the steak was overcooked, but the staff quickly cooked another steak and made it right. Overall a really good experience! Downtown Sevierville has really evolved, and we enjoyed walking around and exploring after dinner.

We were greeted and seated promptly in a lovely little alcove near their patio, the perfect spot for old friends catching up. Our server, Olivia, was phenomenal, offering insight and recommendations into their seasonal menu items. We started with cocktails and appetizers. We loved the Roasted Beet Salad and Crab Bisque. Deee-licious! We then moved on to our entrees: Filet mignon (prepared Medium) w/caramelized onions & garlic mashed potatoes. The filets were seasoned and cooked perfectly - melt in your mouth, oh soooo good! Prime rib steak sandwich with caramelized onions & melt cheese. Opted for a side of grilled zucchini instead of fries. Also a big hit with our friend. I chose the night's feature dish of halibut and couscous. Nicely prepared and delicious. Though we didn't have room for dessert, once Olivia brought the dessert tray by, we quickly made room! My husband chose the Blueberry Bread Pudding. Of course I had to taste! I'm typically am not a fan of bread puddings due to being heavy and somewhat gummy! This one was absolutely light, and yummy allowing the blueberries to shine. Our friends shared the NY cheesecake with fresh strawberries. Also, light, fluffy and delicious! I chose the key lime pie with toasted coconut sprinkled on top. Incredibly good with light tartness though I prefer more tart. Still, it ranks up there as one of the best I've found. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails, food, ambiance, decor, and our server, Olivia. Ample portions, reasonable/comparable pricing, and delicious/creative menu. Bravo, Seasons 101! Bravo!! P.S. They also have a lovely outdoor dining area, if you so desire.
