A friend was hesitant on going here and I insisted as we heard great things about it. It's in a strip mall a block set back off the main drag and so worth it. We heard they have great fried chicken and wings. Worked out perfect as we were wanting something quick for dinner along with some beers. Ended up staying there for more drinks after dinner as staff and environment was so relaxing that you felt you were at a friends house. Hospitality was great. Other waiters even helped out if you had an empty glass and two times the bartender came from behind the bar to get us another drink at our tables. Locals who came into town for the RV show. Stumbled across this place and were very pleasantly surprised. It's off the parkway but kind of back in a shopping center. We ordered the Piggly Wiggly and the Raging Cajun burgers along with the fried mushrooms. The shrooms were amazing and the burgers were even better. You get huge portions, we couldn't even finish our food and ended up having enough for dinner. The service was great and we didn't ever wait for refills or for the table to be cleared. When in town previously we thoroughly enjoyed this place. Food was excellent and service was excellent. UNFORTUNATELY, this time much different as we could not get service. We got there around 5. The place was not busy. We sat ourselves on the left side of the building where we were spotted by the bartender (not by the 1 server which was helping a party of 6). We were not acknowledged with even a "high, someone will be with you in a minute". After about 10 minutes we decided to leave where once again had to walk directly pass the bartender in which once again never acknowledged the fact that we were even there. AWFUL SERVICE!! read more

We sat down at an empty booth and waited not a long time but longer than typical before even asking what we wanted to drink. When the server approached our table she said that table service stops at a certain point but she will serve us in a rude tone. I asked her what time that was and she said 10. It was 1035. we had some great food here. our group of six came on a thursday when they have 6.00 apps. we got fried mushrooms and southwest quesadillas. everyone loved them. then we got the following entrees, easily big enough to share for next time visit knowledge. the blt with onion rings, two different hamburgers, chicken tenders, some wings, and some fish tacos. i got the loaded baked potato salad and cajun slaw with my fish tacos. i highly recommend this place. we all enjoyed our food immensely and will definitely be back. tony was our server and he had a great dry wit that matched with our group perfectly. check them out, you won't be disappointed. we will be back for sure. read more

The service was 100% unacceptable. One star is more than generous. After several recommendations to go to the Bluffs for nachos & trivia night, we decided to spend out evening there. Upon arrival, we were not greeted by anyone. We had to ask where to sit, because the sign at the door indicated the side to the left was "closed for a private party" and the right side was the bar area with tables. Once we were told we could sit, we sat down and waited for our server. When she came to our table, we asked about trivia. She said it was on the other side of the restaurant. We thanked her, grabbed our menus and walked to the other side. As we were sitting down at an empty table, we were told this table was reserved for "locals". Ok. No biggie. Move to another table. The employee literally yelled across the room at us that ALL the tables were reserved for locals; we decided we were going to go somewhere else. We were looking for food and for a fun night of trivia. The way we were treated was awful. The employee was confrontational and literally chased us out of the restaurant wanting an altercation to happen. The owner came out; he was nice and extended an olive branch to us to come back in to eat; while the employee was still saying things to us. There was no reason for this employee to treat us the way he did. It was completely uncalled for. Do not waste your time or your money on a night at Bluffs; there are plenty of other restaurants with good food and excellent service, in the area. I highly recommend the Blue Moose. Ask for Ross and make sure to get the blue velvet cake. You will thank us later!!!! read more

If you find yourself in PF on a Saturday night you have to go by Bluffs. The food is excellent for bar food. Get the fried jalapeños and wings for sure. The DJ starts up around 10:30 and plays a very southern (but FUN) mix of country, hip-hop and dance. They have plenty of bartenders which makes getting a drink super easy. TIP- plan ahead when you need to find a ride home. There were no ubers and the "taxis" are few and far between. Give yourself about an hour to get a cab. And negotiate on the front end how much the ride will be. read more

An absolute must-visit for anyone of a sound state of mind that likes interacting with legitimate human beings and not paying $13 for a shitty margarita that has Dolly Parton surcharge. This was the first bar we visited during our stay that had a legitimately local feel.
