Southern Belle Burger - 1/2, we shared

I love Graze. But this visit was not good-Special circumstances because there is a festival going on today. Was not crowded when we arrived but had to wait for anyone to seat us. While seated at least one party left because no one acknowledged them. The hot dog is usually great, our platter was just warm. Fries and onion rings not hot. Onion rings were not cooked properly. Very disappointing!

First timers for all three of us! Burgers were very good, fried pickles were great but a bit soggy. Burgers were delicious and my husband finished his and daughter ate half which is amazing since she is a chicken nuggets girl!! Service was a little wait but Nothing bad since it is homemade and you can taste it in the food. Absolutely loved the decor and set up, very cool with patio and garage doors in summer

Not my typical review. We were seated right away at the bar, which we appreciated, but unfortunately that's where the positives ended. We waited 56 minutes for two burgers, which came out completely unseasoned--a huge letdown, especially for a place that prides itself on burgers. What made the experience even more disappointing was the service. While the restaurant appeared to be fully staffed, our waiter and even the manager checked on tables all around us multiple times and never once acknowledged us, offered refills, or checked if we needed anything. We weren't even offered napkins. For a nearly $45 bill, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in Sevierville. We really expected more, especially with how busy the place stays. Unfortunately, it was all hype and no follow-through. Would not recommend.

Still one of the best grilled chicken sandwiches in the city. Famous for hotdogs, burgers and shakes but the love bird chicken sandwich is incredible. Ambiance is casual and relaxed and service is good. This is a popular lunch spot in downtown Sevierville.

    Hell raiser. SPICY!

Where to start.... This place is located downtown Sevierville . Parking can be tough but well worth the walk. Nice bar with a couple TV's. Mostly booth seating with some tables. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I've never thought picking between a burger or a hot dog would be so challenging. The burgers were awesome!! Lost a of selection with lots of good flavors. The fried green tomatoes were to die for. The onion rings have to be in the top 3 I've ever eaten. I wish we were in town longer so I could come back and get some Mac n cheese and that hot dog! Hands down the best food I've had so far visiting the Pigeon Forge / Gatlandburg area.

Tried to go to another restaurant that said they were open til 10pm , but were turned away and we walked down the sidewalk to Graze and Kira welcomed us and made our night ! Kira was so professional, funny and made the best drinks ! If she is not already a manager ... make her one ! Kira is a great face of the restaurant ! The burgers were fantastic ! Loved the "50-50" and our drinks were amazing !!

Graze is nicely tucked into historical downtown Sevierville. Upon entering the music and decoration gives the restaurant a warm southern vibe. Our waitress was Emory who did a nice job taking our orders and answering our questions. The burgers and fried food were very delicious! The Graze sauce is excellent with a touch of aïoli it hits the spot. The only concern was all of our burgers were well done after asking for medium. I would definitely go back!

We stopped in for dinner and this place is amazing! Located in a great spot, the restaurant was very clean and the staff was so friendly. Bruce was our bartender and he was so knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. The food was cooked to perfection and we really enjoyed our time here. Definitely check this spot out! We will be back for sure. Best burgers in town

Onion rings and fries were soaked in grease.

The server was nice. The fried pickles, French fries and onion rings were SO greasy. The burgers ok, not the worst and not the best. The black bean burger tasted like there was a ton of lime in it. They don't have a child's menu if you need one. It did take a while for the good to come out. Four of us was 100 to done there. A few of us had a stomachache from the food.

Is there a patio and are dogs allowed?

There is a large patio out back... I believe dogs would be fine, very open spacious and relaxed.

Got their bacon jam burger, their daddy Mac and cheese burger, boneless BBQ wings, potato skins, a buffalo chicken wrap and some regular Mac and cheese orders. First things first, my bacon jam burger was sloppy and awesome. The aioli was a bit strong, but it tasted well. I didn't know how the Swiss being added would change the flavor, but it paired well with the heavy patty that was handmade. I think any of their burgers would be great honestly just based on how the patty was seasoned and the cook was perfect. Side of fries weren't bad...were a bit overcooked, but they tasted well. Other takeaways...... The boneless wings were good...not overcooked. The sauce paired well with their ranch, which by the way, tasted decent. Did have some tartness to it, but it tasted good. Potato skins were crispy and full of flavor. I forgot we did order some of their version of mozzarella sticks and they were crispy and quite tasty as well. According to my brother in law, the Mac daddy burger was very good...it looked quite impressive I'd admit, but he raved about the taste as well. The only underwhelming item was the buffalo chicken wrap. Was told the wrap itself wasn't warm and the flavor of the chicken with the buffalo sauce wasn't ideal. FYI we stayed less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant, so everything outside of the wrap was fresh and was prepped well. Will keep them in our rotation whenever we visit the area. Probably the best burger I've had in awhile.

Chubby's is a classic restaurant that offers American comfort food. The great dinner feel of the…read moreplace is an excellent representation of the bygone era of the traditional dinner. It has a real down home feel. The place offers burgers (Mushroom Swiss, BBQ Burger), sandwiches (Cheesesteaks, Reuben, BLT, Chicken Sandwiches with Ranch/Buffalo options), and hearty baskets with fried chicken, cod, or shrimp, plus breakfast served all day, desserts (chocolate pie!), and options like pork chops or steak. They have someone thing for everyone. Everything is cooked to ordered. We started off with deep fried deviled eggs. My wife had the Beef Stroganoff. While I had the House Smash Burger. The stroganoff is served in a wide, shallow bowl that showcases the sauce's glossy sheen and the generous scatter of sautéed mushrooms. Steam carries a rounded, savory bouquet: beef-forward notes, toasty browned butter, and the faint acid of a finishing touch -- likely a splash of vinegar, wine, or lemon -- that hints the sauce will be bright rather than cloying. The presentation is simple and effective: no unnecessary frills, just clear evidence that plate composition exists to showcase the food's strengths. The sauce is the star: a glossy, velvety emulsion built on a brown stock backbone, enriched with sour cream (or a light cultured cream), and tempered with mustard and a touch of acidity. The mushrooms are properly caramelized, offering an earthy counterpoint and slight chew that complements the tender beef. Onions are present but not intrusive; garlic and a whisper of thyme or parsley frame the dish without flattening the primary flavors. Chubby's pairs the stroganoff with broad egg noodles -- they're al dente-yielding and capture the sauce in their folds, which makes each mouthful a composed, layered bite rather than separate elements awkwardly forced together. The Smash Burger was an equal masterpiece as well. In an era when burgers can feel formulaic and predictable, the SMASH Triple Burger with Chubby Sauce at Chubby's Restaurant stands out not just as a meal, but as a culinary statement, mine was constructed of three thin-pressed beef patties -- each seared to achieve that iconic lace of caramelization -- deliver an intoxicating aroma of grilled beef that primes the palate for something special. The smash technique here isn't a gimmick; it's a masterstroke that intensifies the beef's flavor while maintaining juiciness through every layer, a testament to precise heat management on the griddle. The Chubby Sauce, a house specialty that earns its name with rich, tangy complexity, serves as the burger's soul. It marries creamy umami with a whisper of sweetness and a balanced acidity that cuts through the savory heft of the triple stack. This sauce is not merely a condiment -- it's the architectural glue that binds texture and taste, elevating each bite into a chorus of complementary notes. What makes this experience remarkable was how it balances bold indulgence with thoughtful restraint: the trio of patties makes a statement, yet the burger never feels overwhelmingly heavy. Each layer interacts harmoniously, and the Chubby Sauce is nothing short of inspired -- tangy yet creamy, bold yet nuanced. We topped it all off with pie. My wife had the peanut butter while I opted for the Apple pie was our desert. Dessert at Chubby's often arrives with the quiet confidence of a house specialty, and the both the Apple & Peanut Butter Pie is no exception. If you think you've had every version of apple pie, this one will surprise you. Chubby's Apple Pie is warm, comforting, and brilliantly balanced. The apples are tender and spiced just right, the crust is buttery and flaky. The peanut butter pie has a subtle, savory richness that keeps the dessert from being overly sweet. It's indulgent without being heavy and memorable in the best way. An absolute must-order if you save room for dessert. This was a great dining experience and in a tourist dominated area, this place stands out as real down home cooking that your grandmother made. Highly recommend, this is one the most stop sites if you are in the area.

It had been awhile since we were there so I called to see an outside table was available. They told me probably in 10-15 minutes. Knowing we had been there earlier and we had dogs, they wouldn't hold it for us. Food was great. Their tenderloin could easily serve 4 people. The fried deviled eggs are excellent!
