I searched for a couple weeks for a place that would provide the care I was looking for. This office is nice and clean and the staff make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Dr. Kate listened to my issues, took detailed X-rays that helped her create a plan that worked with my schedule and insurance. I have been dealing with shoulder pain on and off. I finally decided to seek help and started treatment at Bluffton Family Chiropractic. My shoulder pain has significantly improved, and feeling better overall. Dr. Dami has also taken the time to explain ways I can improve my health outside of the office, including stretches, exercises, posture tips, and recommendations for my long hours of driving and computer work. When I moved to the area, I asked our realtor for a recommendation of a chiropractor. Without even blinking, she recommended Jeff Aita and messaged me his contact information. I called them a week later and they were very friendly over the phone, getting me an appointment in 1 day. But when they say family chiropractic, you would assume it was for families to be treated. Actually, it's the Aita family who runs the group. I was attended by Jeff's son, Dr. John. He was very empathetic with a quick wit sense of humor. They took x-rays and verified what I already knew from a former chiropractor. I like his style and technique. The ice, cold laser and table roller are great for my lower back pain. He also recommended portable lumbar support for when I travel. They take most insurances and are reasonably priced. read more

They're not very nice. Their practitioners don't have the knowledge/ experience necessary to make the adjustments they do. Better to go to a real trained chiro because these people will mess you up! read more

This business will does not require patients coming in, going out, or while they are receiving treatment to wear facemasks. This is in direct violation of the State law requiring facemasks. They claim it is a HIPPA issue, but I was told directly by the staff that the Owners told them to not ask people to put a mask on. Every business in SC requires masks. I would not use the Chiropractor. Their facility is unsafe. read more

Dr John is wonderful. After unpacking all those boxes from our move to Bluffton I had such pain in my neck n shoulders. First visit to office. Number of patients and family entered without masks despite current Bluffton mandates for indoor mask wear. Nothing was said to these people. Masks were not given to them. Treatments took place without masks worn. Regardless of feelings about need for masks, it is concerning that the office is ignoring Mandates. I was on vacation in Bluffton and arrived at the clinic in desperation with severe pain in my neck and shoulder blade. I got an appointment the same day I walked in and was treated to tea and a collar of ice for the pain immediately. The vibe in this office is friendly and concerned.
