I'm not sure what prompted me to think it might be something muscular, but I am glad I made an appointment. I was on vacation and googled the Chiropractor Hilton Head and her center came up and I was able to schedule an appointment online. I went first think Monday morning and I was feeling better later that day. It ended up that some shoulder/back/chest tightness from a bicep tendon injury was causing my pain.
