When we visited her this was the 1st place on our list. The restaurant is right next to convenience store next door. The place is quaint and cozy. I loved the plaid table cloth and decorative coke signage. I ordered the catfish plate and it came with either hush puppies or french fries. The batter was rather bland, which was unusual per my friend's comment. She also found out that the usual chef was not working at that time. Overall, the service was alright, and the place was clean. The food could be better for our visit.

I'm not even sure if this place has a manager, and if that's the case, keep it that way. Get lost in the drama the staff is expressing, and realize that if you were working at a 7-Eleven in a small town, you'd probably eat while someone is at the counter and dig around in the hot wings with your free hand as well.
