Needed service for my Stihl string trimmer…read more Came in, met Ira the Stihl whisperer and ordered some parts. Parts arrived in a few days. Ira requested that I bring my device in for a check-up. Gave my trimmer a thorough check (set the valves, checked compression checked grease level etc.). Ira expertly installed some of the parts I ordered but after the inspection Ira determined that not all of the parts I ordered were needed. Cost for inspection, parts installation and parts I ordered but didn't use? 0 dollars! Other small engine repair places would have no doubt charged a pretty penny for the inspection and parts installation and probably the parts I didn't need- when was the last time someone in the repair business told you didn't need to spend money on a repair?
