I would see the technician walk back to the pool empty handed most of the time . come back in five minutes and take off. Next I pleaded and paid more for better service/ chemicals whatever, their techs were just simply not capable of testing the pool and keeping it maintained properly. I had to clean filters myself . My experience was not good at all. BTW, I was adding chemicals behind the techs, they very well may be keeping the chemicals and doing some other work with them, that's not my business. What is my business is how they maintained the pool. Would not recommend them at all.

He then provided another leak inspection report which I paid to him. It came back negative for leaks. Fast forward two months and I had to contact Red Rhino for an additional report since my pool maintenance vendor thought I had a leak. Not only did I have one leak, I had two and neither were recent. The repair cost me $2,000 which could have been part of the home purchase negotiation had Mike's report highlighted this. After I called my broker to communicate this, Mike called me. I believe all he wanted to do was get more work from me since he refused to refund the inspection fee I paid him. I'm in the labor business and if we err, we stand up to the mistake. He did not. He is simply not an honorable business person. I provided him the report from Red Rhino and all he had to do is live up to his flawed report. I don't understand how he could think I'm going to hire him a second time to do work that was flawed in the first place. I would never recommend him. Businesses are judged on both good quality workmanship AND how they handle customers when they make a mistake. Let the buyer beware when hiring Mike.

We recently hired Sebastian with Tiburon Pools & Spa to do an acid wash of our pool and to regrout…read morethe tile. We were extremely pleased with the result and Sebastian was great to work with. He was kind and patient with all my texts and questions throughout the process. He texted to check on our satisfaction following the refilling of the pool. He is young, but extremely professional (beyond his years). Although Sebastian does not service pools in our area, he gave me helpful feedback that helped us to recognize areas where we were being overcharged. He did not attempt to influence us to make a change in our service, but when I asked for a recommendation, he offered one. Thanks to Sebastian, we are saving money each month. And he charged us half of what the other company quoted us for the acid wash. Because no one can guarantee to remove every stain (without completely resurfacing), it was a hard decision to spend so much money. But because he offered a more reasonable price and was confident he could considerably improve the pool's appearance, we decided it was worth the risk to try. And we're very glad we did. I would say that the surface is 75-80% improved in its appearance. It looks clean again. And the grout turned out beautiful. (We bought our home from someone who had maintained the pool themselves and apparently didn't keep the chemicals balanced properly, which led to the discoloration of the surface over time.) I'm glad we found Sebastian and would have hired him in a NY minute to service our pool if we were in his service area. We were very impressed with him; his professionalism and his helpfulness even beyond the work he was hired to do for us.
