He has performed knee surgery on my left knee, my wife's left knee and repaired my broken left ankle. I met with him yesterday regarding my left knee, and he developed a protocol to reduce my pain and increase mobility. I will see him again in August, and look forward to starting the treatments. Everyone from the front office staff to the clinical staff were reassuring then followed up with providing me with excellent care. Also, the facility itself is conveniently located. Terrible. They had been requiring unnecessary anesthesia to pad their bills. This had been going on…read morefor years until the insurances caught on and stopped it. That not only caused excess billing, but also made it much worse for the patient. Not only the negatives of excess anesthesia, but, they used that as an excuse to insist on patients having someone give them a ride. They also insisted it not be a taxi or Uber. Who then is left? A company called Care Rides that they were affiliated with, and charged enormous amounts of money. One time a patient couldn't afford Care Rides so he had to drive himself home, which he did with no problem. Then Wilton Surgery Center sent the police to his house, claiming that he was driving under the influence of drugs. Now the insurance companies have caught on to the unnecessary anesthesia, and stopped it. Thus, Care Rides no longer operates. In addition to this aforementioned horror, service is rude and all around terrible. The phone is often not answered. Messages are often not answered. Appointments are cancelled same day. The staff is often rude and insolent. Hours are limited. Forget about anything like going after work. Count on missing a day's work if you go here.

The facility was clean and properly maintained, assuming it was sanitized as well. Nurses were nice, but they're short with you; they do the job and are done. No conversation. I'm a nurse myself, but I'm a little more chatty with patients. I was in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before the doctor saw me. She was nice as well, but again, short as they were running late. Apparently, the computer system was down for a few hours. The procedure was done in less than an hour from anesthesia to recovery... I woke up and was discharged in 25 minutes.

I saw Dr Lynch for my knee. I was not pleased with the care, he injected me with a steroid without…read moreasking if I would like the area numbed and did not explain as he was going thru the process. I had to always make sure to tell him to spray my knee with numbing medication,which should be the patients choice not the doctors Encouraged me to buy a knee brace that out of pocket besides insurance was 200 dollars and only wore it a few times because it would not stay in place which he told me after I said something about that yes that happens. I felt he was disinterested in my care and without going into further detail was not compassionate or professional and have since found a professional and caring doctor.

Beginning with scheduling my appointments, they do not overbook, the experience was completely positive.  The waiting room is clean, and light and airy. The PAs who initially see you are competent, and friendly and caring.  Dr. Lynch was sensitive to my concerns. He answered my questions completely and clearly, in a manner that I could easily understand. The surgeries (total replacement of both knees, three months apart) couldn't have gone better. There was minimal pain for surgeries of this kind. I was up and using a walker the day after surgery. I graduated to a cane within 2 weeks and discarded the cane after 2 months. I am now walking around better than I have in 20 years. I cannot recommend Dr. Lynch highly enough.

The 2…read morestars are for the admin on the walk in side and the technician who took x rays, they were nice.. Walk in doctor was rather abrupt, gave me meds and therapy but no diagnosis. Was told for diagnosis, to schedule appointment with regular doctor, which I did, but was booked with a PA, not doctor. 45 minutes past my appointment time to see a PA for 5 minutes who did nothing- no new tests, still no diagnosis. Someone suggested a surgeon there. Again almost 45 minutes late past my appointment time to see an older very grumpy surgeon who acted completely annoyed to answer questions . Not a professional environment in my experiences. There are several admin people when you first walk in, most not doing anything but would not check me in - said you have to do it yourself at a touch screen kiosk that no one was sanitizing after multiple people touching it. They were fast to ask for my credit card to get a copay once I checked myself in.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. The office staff is patient and efficient with…read morescheduling. I went for frozen shoulder, a very painful recovery. I worked with Catherine Ann. She was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, patient and encouraging....it was tough, and getting there, almost 100% full mobility back within a couple months. I would highly recommend!
