First time coming here and as soon as I walk in, a pleasant perfume hits my nose and I'm already pleasantly surprised. A host is there waiting for you as soon as you walk in, which I love (I personally hate when I walk into a nail salon and they yell, "how can I help you??" And I have to yell back that I want my upper lip waxed, it's embarrassing when there's a room full of people now staring in your lady mustache ) but not at this place! You can walk in and talk barely above a whisper to the host to tell them exactly what you're there for. I did make an appointment on a Tuesday evening and I showed up early for it and was seated right away for my pedicure and manicure. Both my manicure and pedicure came out great ! Will definitely be back for this again! I also noticed they did waxing and other "permanent makeup" procedures such as eye brows and I will say I'm interested in doing one of these services next. It looks like a lot of people get their brows done here from the other reviews I saw. The people working there also all had very good eyebrows and I don't think that's a coincidence. read more

I asked for dip and tip and then didn't get that. she didn't put tip on and did a whole new nail. The technician was enjoyable and provided a citrus pedicure for my son, which he thoroughly enjoyed. My gel manicure was flawless. The second time, I had an appointment for a gel manicure at 6:20 p.m. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon arrival, the first words out of one of the technicians' mouths were "What do you want?" I informed her that I had an appointment for a gel manicure at 6:20 p.m. Before I could finish my sentence, she rolled her eyes at me and directed me to be seated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I then showed her a picture of the nail polish I wanted, to which she immediately pushed my phone away and began saying "Okay, okay, okay." I was unsure of her reaction, but then I realized it was Friday and they wanted to go home, as the nail salon closes at 7 p.m. The entire experience felt rushed, the technician did not soak my nails before using the drill to remove my old gel polish. She did not remove the old polish completely, and then she painted my nails without applying the design I had shown her. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was disappointed, but I accept responsibility for scheduling such a late appointment on a Friday. even though is not my fault they have those late appointments.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Yesterday, I took my family for a pedicure. I also requested that the technician change the color of my nails. We paid over $190 for a rush service, their prices don't match what they have on the Internet, either matches when you call and ask for a price or when they run your credit card. The technician only soaked my son's feet, and cut his cuticles and toenails, but not evenly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My husband attempted to describe the service we received during our initial visit. Unfortunately, the technician did not believe us and acted like we were fabricating our story.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was such a disappointing experience, and three technicians who were working on us collectively informed us that if we wanted more than our son, we would have to pay the $45 fee. I attempted to explain that this did not occur during the last visit, but all three technicians began to laugh. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The technician working on my feet even turned and said, "The problem is that you have a very spoiled son."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My husband received a citrus pedicure, but the technician did not buff his nails. When my husband brought this discrepancy to the technician's attention, the technician insisted that he pay an additional $5 for the buff. My husband was so upset that he requested that the technician complete his pedicure. However, the technician did not dry his legs, and his pants became wet. My pedicure was mediocre as well. The polish on my big toenail does not extend to the base of the nail, resulting in a gap. [[HIGHLIGHT]]During my manicure, I inquired whether it would be possible to have a heart design painted on one of my fingers. The technician's demeanor changed, and he began speaking to another technician in his native language. They are very polite, efficient and most importantly CLEAN! This is a huge bonus for me. They use a plastic cover around their spa bowls so there's no feet contamination going from one person to the other! Mon (the male technician) took care of me and he did a great job, even when I was on a time restriction. Not to sound rude or racist or judgemental but they speak good English. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had about the dip powder service. I really like my nails; I think the nail technician did a great job applying the dip powder but they did cut my cuticles on several fingers. They did disinfect the cuts before I left, so I appreciate the consideration. I was really excited to come to this salon after seeing their photos on Instagram and pictures of their place on yelp. First of all, the place is really beautiful and well decorated and all of the people there seem very nice. I brought a photo of what I wanted my nails to look like that I found on THEIR Instagram and when making the appointment I was told that one of the nail techs could definitely do this for me. When I got there and showed the tech the picture, he looked unsure which should've been the first red flag. I was told that he would do my regular manicure then another tech would come do the design. The manicure looked great! UNTIL the next tech came to do the design... I attached a picture of my nails and a picture that I asked for... Not the same at all. I was so dissatisfied with how it turned out but too embarrassed to say anything to her because when I looked unsure, she said "Well your nails are really short so that's all I could do" blaming me for the outcome?
