Because it is an outside facility, the restrooms were port-a-poties. However they were very clean and well maintained. When I left work at 4:30 pm today nothing had come. When My fiancé called to follow up, the employee acted annoyed that he had called. There is no option on the website for a desired time of delivery. I guess they were delivered around 5 pm. The girl at my work that accepted them said the guy delivering them was really confused and disorientated. Now I get to drive a half hour back into work to grab them for the long Memorial Day weekend. No one has ever sent me flowers before...and I was super disappointed with how it turned out.

I then emailed them requesting my money back and on Monday, I did receive and email that my order had been canceled and the funds were being returned. Even though the ordering process and the promise of money being returned (could take up to 3 days) seemed flawless, I am obviously disappointed since the product was never delivered with no notification that it wasn't, and then after emailing them, they refunded my money but no apology or explanation was offered. Bottom line, I like to help the smaller local businesses, but in this case, I will not do business here again.
