I sent them the copy of the order and they still refused to issue a credit. I tried to do a return but the return would only credit me with $19.99 per item or just under $40 for two items (not the $70.77 I was charged). Ray Block gave me no alternative except to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Today we needed three sets of 14 sheets, bound. No kidding, we got an email eight minutes later to say the prints were ready. These are 24 by 36 prints. They are super responsive over the phone and by email. So dependable. Our client is near them, so it works. We are in NYC and wish we could use them for all our work.

Stamford Office Furniture is one of the worst companies! They were supposed to fix my expensive…read moreoffice chair and instead they damaged the chair and made it uncomfortable and painful to sit in. I contacted them right away and asked them to fix what they broke and they refused to. I gave them many chances to correct the situation and they would not even talk about it. It took more than a month for them to order the original part and when it came in, it was the wrong part and they damaged my chair. Their customer service, including the owner of the company and others was horrendous. They would not fix the damage they created and would not give me a refund. They refused to even take a look at the chair to see the damage. Run the other way and don't even think of using Stamford Office Furniture.
