Makaylah reached out an hour before my rescheduled appointment and asked for a picture of my lashes because it had been a month since I had them put on. I sent the photo, and 30 minutes later when I was on my way to the appointment I was told the price would go up because now I need a full set. This also lengthens the appointment by 2 hours which I did not have time for last minute. I was then told I can only get a partial refund because I signed a paper that says 24-hour cancellation policy but yet it was ok that they told me I had to pay for a full set, and spend 2 hours more there, just 30 minutes before the appointment. This is bad business. Never again. Highly discourage this place.
