She wraps it around her neck instead. She offers other services as well (waxing is with a roller not with popsicle sticks). But have only gotten my eyebrows threaded with her. If I had not had that bad experience, this would be a 4 star, maybe 5 star review. But I am moderating it based on what I experienced in the past, while keeping an open mind for raising it in the future. Rosibel was my stylist for my haircut. She did a great job all around. My shampoo was relaxing, I could see her focused on getting my hair right while she did the actual cutting, and her blow dry styling was wonderful. Even my husband noticed, and he doesn't really pick up on that stuff. I was so happy with how my hair looked, it felt like a shame that I was just going home, haha. I wanted to show it off, and that is not my typical post-haircut mood.

I was sitting there watching the entire thing. Not only did she not give me the 10 min massage she didn't massage me AT ALL not even for one minute. I specifically waiting for it because it's my favorite part that's why I paid extra for it. During it when she just spread lotion on me for 2 seconds I thought to myself maybe she's saving it for the end because I got a gel pedi and sometimes they do that. Then nope tried to convince me I just wasn't paying attention. That's INSANITY. I've been getting pedis my entire life they always set a timer when you pay extra for a spa pedi. These people are scam artists do not go here.

The time came where the groupon had nearly expired -- given that I am a terrible procrastinator -- and Kristin worked VERY hard with me to find a time where I could come in. All of the services that I received were exceptional, and although I haven't had my hair done by Kristin yet, she is a kind and welcoming individual who always seems glad to see me. Since that first time, I have been in every couple of months for one person in particular: Amy, the aesthetician of my dreams. Amy is my guru, my hero, my Yoda. When I first came in, I had (with all of the best of intentions) completely destroyed my skin. I had been using various products I knew very little about in an attempt to treat my acne which had actually happened as a result of the astringent products I was using making my face extremely sensitive! To hide this from others I was piling foundation and concealer onto my face, which prevented any kind of healing. Amy knew instantly what was wrong and had all sorts of recommendations to make. Every day my skin looks better, and each time I go to Kristin's her smile shows me how drastic the change has been. In fact, with the exception of a tinted SPF I have been using, I have almost completely ceased to use make-up. I don't need it! My skin is incredible! Although everyone at Kristin's will make your day and make you feel fabulous, I cannot recommend Amy's services highly enough. My sister (also an aesthetician) had been telling me for months to find a professional and get real advice about my skin, and her advice led me to this person who made a HUGE difference in my self-image and confidence.
