So it has turned 10:10 by the time she decides to say anything. And says she cancelled my appointment. Girl at the front with glasses not helpful, or warm and engaging. Good customer service in a customer service position is appreciated. Glad I didn't get waxed here, this location is a downgraded version of the franchise.
