I found Elmira on groupon because she came highly recommended. I was a little leery at first because I had not had the best experiences on groupon as well. This was.... probably top 5 best decisions I've made in my life! Again, it had been a while since I had been waxed and was nervous about the amount of pain I would endure. I'm also a bit of a prude, which added several stages to my comfortability level. Elmira put me at ease, conversing with me the entire time. It was like talking to one of my girlfriends! Seriously! Out of 5 (5 being horrific pain!), my pain level was about a 1.5. She finished the job within 30 minutes (waxing times are longer for first timers or for those who don't get waxed often).
